After a long illness, I came back to the gym and was told I had a $350 debt and my account was blocked. Later it turned out that this Andrew was a fraud and had been fired for it. When I asked them to review my case, they said I was still required to pay the full amount, even though the front desk staff had told me that this issue could be resolved and that many people had experienced similar situations. The head manager was absolutely unpleasant, showed no understanding, and simply shifted all the responsibility onto me instead of their own employee.This has been the worst experience of my life with a gym. Choose another one -- just not this one.

According to their cancellation (or freeze) agreement, you need a doctor's note for every month that you attempt to freeze the plan. They will also magically mark you as "checked in" to the gym the day you cancel so that it looks like you've been using it, even if you haven't checked in & have been trying to cancel for long periods of time because you can't physically show up. Their policy for cancellation is to continue charging your account even when you physically come in to sign. I called multiple times. "Our policy is not to do it over the phone." I couldn't come in, they 'froze my account' until I could drive an hour back to my original place to cancel. They told me they would still charge me for this whole month, bc I didn't do it 7 days in advance. I said I shouldn't be charged, you froze it. "They do not have a record of it." But what we do have is a very long trail of phone records of my calling to cancel with no avail. What do they think I do? Call to chat about how I do not use their gym & went to a different place a long time ago? A policy to scam as many people out of as much money as possible.

I thought the gym was beautiful, clean and the equipment was updated and in excellent condition. The woman's locker room was also very well appointed and very clean. The gentleman at the front desk was super nice getting me acquainted with the club since it was my first visit there. I don't understand the negative reviews regarding the equipment being out dated and in poor condition. I thought it to be quite the opposite. I highly recommend.

They still charge the exact same amount. They just provide fewer services. Because it's summer! - Today my kids couldn't swim in the *indoor* pool. Why? Because there was thunder. There is not a single documented lightning death in an indoor pool. Not one. It's never happened. But they close their pool for some reason. Everyone here acts like they're a volunteer at a free community center or something. But it's not free. We pay quite a bit of money for this mediocre place.

They give great coaching and direction and will provide options to accommodate injuries or limitations. Their classes are a unique blend of strength, cardio and hiit but the foundation is weight training. Each day has a focus and flows into the next so you train evenly and don't risk overtraining any particular body part. They have a separate LIT area where they offer yoga, body pump, dance sweat and Pilates classes. Members get all of this for a price that is less than just about every group fitness studio in the area. They smartly located a bit off the beaten path but super convenient to get to from all the surrounding neighborhoods in central bucks county so your membership fee isn't going to pay for rent in an expensive shopping center. This place is a "diamond in the rough". Finally, you will see your neighbors and friends here and if you don't know anyone you will quickly be welcomed into the Bria community. So I searched and found this gym near me and have never encountered a place like this. Coaches that really care and are invested in helping you become the best version of you. And it's like an actual little family here, everyone cheers you on and I have really made some great friends here. I started in April 2018 with a trial membership and am now a permanent member. I went from hating to work out to now loving it, running 5Ks and other marathons and actually considering a tough mudder next year.
