Consistently good beer. Always something new and interesting. Food leaves a little bit to be desired but after a couple beers it hits the spot. Be wary of this place when there's a soccer tournament, will fill up fast with 13 year old kids. read more

Great spot! Excellent craft beers, great food and service. Good vibes with indoor and outdoor seating options and cornhole boards to play. Highly recommend giving this a try! read more

I wish I had something positive to say about this place .. great beer, excellent service, phenomenal sandwich.... anything. But I don't. Despite being wide open and airy, the blacktop patio / picnic table area is not pet friendly so we happily took our business to the Mason Dixon distillery. read more

Fun place but they need kitchen help badly definitely don't go if you're hungry. Be prepared to wait a MINIMUM of an hour once food has been ordered, we waited an hour and half once we ordered and were told 30-45 minutes which we thought was long but little did we know.... Each time we asked for an update we were told they had no idea how much longer it would be or "10 more minutes". I felt VERY taken advantage of and disappointed we won't be back. read more

So disappointed. I saw the many good reviews and decided to go here. In retrospect, I should have taken time to read the lower rated reviews, as they were more accurate. I ordered the fourscore burger with a lager life: rice lager and bottle of water. The fountain machine is closed because it is self serve and current COVID policy restricts its use (why not just serve the guest). The staff was friendly even though they seemed to be understaffed. The beer was not bad, but not something I would go out of my way to get again. The burger patty was very dry and tough to eat without my water. To make it worse the bun was stale and kept crumbling as I was eating. read more

If you like IPA's this is your place! This company as well as others out here on the East coast can't seem to list "What's on tap" on their web sites. Pretty lame! Hops are just a cheap ingredient to boost flavor on a beer. A Porter or Stout would round out the list. Midget fries, mostly all burnt. Once again, a Stealth fry would be better. The service here is top notch!! Because you are your own waitress!! LOL! And you can bus your own table, but be prepared to pay full service prices. LAME! Thank goodness they have competition. read more

You will need to judge for yourself. First off the the place is brand new. It it is super clean and fresh. the staff was friendly but we really did not get the concept to seat yourself and order at the bar. But that's OK I tired to read the beer menu on the screens but it rotated so fast I couldn't read it. We decided to order a flight and taste a little of everything. Before I go on, I love craft brew and visit many breweries. I ordered a Stout, a Porter, Peach wheat and what I thought was a Saison. I left all my review on Untapped for the beers. Let me just say this was the first time I never finished a flight. The bad part my wife and I were slitting the flight. As previous reviewers stated, we really wanted to like this place. Everyone seemed nice and someone thanked us for coming when we left. As far as the beer goes, I have never not finished a flight. read more

FourScore doesn't deserve any stars!! We travel to different Breweries all over. This was the worse customer service we have ever had. We were standing in front of the bar looking over the food menu and trying to read the beer menu above the bar. We were letting customers that were ready to order go around us. We were told rudely to move out of the way until we figured out what we wanted. Then, one of the ladies I was with found a beer that she might like but asked to try a taste before purchasing a whole beer to be told "NO, we don't do that here". we never got to order as we left. As we were walking out the door one of the girls, "yelled have a nice day" in a very sarcastic way. We have been to hundreds of Breweries and have never been told that. Needless to say, will never go back to FourScore when we visit Gettysburg. We go there a couple times a year. I suggest The Appalachian, Eddies or the neat underground bar called Reliance Mine. Each one of these places the staff were very friendly and helpful. Beer and food were great!! The even allowed us to taste before buying. read more

Absolutely love their Jahmbas and sour beers. They have a great variety of different beer on tap. The food is also delicious. Think Elevated bar food. My husband and I came here twice in one weekend when we were visiting the area. We loved it!! Our favorite brewery in the area. It's a little bit small so there can be a wait time to get a seat but it's worth the wait. Really enjoy their beers and food!! Definitely a must when you're in the area. read more

Great spot. I live in DC near Georgetown and wish this place was in our neighborhood. Good food, good beer, good value. One slight issue: You have to order yourself at the counter. That's fine. But the computer screen still expects a 20 percent tip. read more

We enjoyed everything from the beer to the food to the merchandise! Staff was kind and friendly. We will definitely visit again.

We tried two different breweries during our 1-night trip to Gettysburg and this brewery was definitely our favorite out of the two. Due to COVID-19, we had to order food along with our beer. We went with the chicken nuggets and fries, which were actually amazing! I loved all of the dipping sauces. We sat outside, as it was a beautiful evening. We felt very safe and it was clear that the brewery was taking all COVID-19 precautions seriously. For our beers we tried: Dumb Luck (Farmhouse Ale), Jahmba: Mango Passion Berry (Sour), Time Keeper (Double IPA), and Homies Help Homies (New England IPA). Homies Help Homies was amazing and my favorite out of all the beers. I am a big IPA person and this was a perfect IPA- flowery but not too flowery- very balanced, with a sweetness at the end. Yum Yum. We had a great time here! read more

Stopped in today to have a beer and a little snack (as state law requires). It was our first visit to this establishment as it wasn't here on our last visit two years ago. I picked it based off all the Yelp reviews and we were a little thirsty after walking the battlefield all morning and early afternoon. When we came in the space is bright, cheerful and distancing is definitely first on their mind. There were two couples ahead of us in line ordering at two POS stations. The first couple got done and went to go sit down. The woman in glasses who was taking their order immediately took out her cell phone turned around and ignored us. I'm a patient person and figured maybe it was a call from home or something plus we were in no hurry. The other couple was still deciding so we waited. After a couple long minutes the woman in the glasses said next and we approached. I asked if I could order a flight (because it's a brewery) and received and eye roll and was told "yeah we don't do that now so just pick a beer" in a very annoyed tone. I should have just walked out at this moment My wife ordered a beer while i stewed and then I ordered and electric boots ipa because I guess we were staying. While she was getting our beers she very audibly told another employee "the F'ing thing needs to get refilled, F this". Best customer service I've had in a long time. As for the beer it was fantastic and the sour ipa she ordered she loved. I only ordered fries because there was no way I was going to order a meal after our encounter with "the woman in the glasses". The fries were good. When we went to pay our tab we were greeted by two guys and the other woman who was taking orders when we came in. They were excellent and chatty and what you'd want in a brewery experience. That is why this review got 2 stars instead of 1. You can have great beer, but if your staff is annoyed at life your not worth coming back to. read more

This new place is going to blow up! It's awesome. One of the best places to grab good food and good beer in Gettysburg. The beer is good; it's crafty--and I won't go into the details because everyone has different tastes for beer. But it is good. The food is short-order style. We've tried the chicken avocado (a cold sandwich fyi), catfish tacos, pulled chicken and pulled pork, french fries, and the coleslaw. All the food was super tasty--fresh and well made. Indoor vibe is perfect. The staff is mostly friendly. If they market well and keep focusing on the basics and going after easy wins--they'll do great in G-burg. read more

We recently visited Gettysburg and thankfully had an opportunity to check out Fourscore Brewing on our very last day. They were closed all other days of our visit, so be sure to check their operating hours. Thankfully it was well worth waiting for. My husband loves sour beer so he was really excited at the great selection of unique sour beers. I had a flight and enjoyed everything I sampled. Beyond that the food was delicious! Hand cut fries, burgers, wings and panko-crusted chicken tenders. Everything we tried was delicious and you could tell it was handmade with quality ingredients. Now that we're back home we're anxious to find where we can buy some Fourscore beer! read more

Visiting Gettysburg for the weekend, my friends and I had dinner here in a Saturday night. Good beer selection, good food. There is no table service, you order at the door and they brunt your food to you (they hand you a number that you take to your table). Kitchen was fast, we didn't wait more than 10 minutes for our food. Nice outdoor patio. Family friendly, seemed liked a regular neighborhood place. Food is typical pub fare, good portions; three of us each enjoyed our meal. read more

What an awesome brewery! Friendly staff, merch fully stocked (a must) and food was decent. We had the chili dog, BBQ wings, Brussel sprouts, pretzel, brisket sammich and burger--all very tasty! The Brussels and dog were a little heavy on salt, but felt like a fluke to me. Beers were tastier than most breweries and were forced to take a 4-pack home w/ us. We visited during a busy President's Day weekend, place was packed and we were still able to get our stuff in a timely manner. My clumsy kids and wife managed to spill their drinks...staff was more than willing to step-in and rectify the Mrs' misstep. We will mostly be back in the near future. Excellent beer and good location. Nice place inside and food looked pretty good. Plenty of TVs and the staff was excellent.

We were here for the annual greyhound week, and we found this place walking from the Lincoln square. They have plenty of outdoor space but not pet friendly. The server yelled at a couple who already sat down and ordered drinks as we walked up to the front patio. The nasty-attitude server screamed at us who had three greyhounds that "dogs are not allowed at outdoor seating". I wondered what part of their bodies would be damaged if dogs were sitting outside. She screamed back it was against health code. Maybe truly their mental health would be at danger. So disappointed at this ridiculous places. read more

I absolutely love this brewery! I've gonna multiple times and every time it's so good. First, let me just say their Jahmbas and Jahmbrrrs are so delicious. Today I had the Strawberry Pineapple Marshmallow Jahmba which wasn't my favorite but still pretty solid and I had their Raspberry Jahmbrrsicle which was ABSOLUTELY phenomenal. It was sweet and creamy and tasted like a smoothie. Now on to the food, I've ate there several times and have gotten multiple items but now I pretty much get the same thing which is their Waygu Hot Dog. I know what you're thinking, "but it's just a hot dog".... It is the most high quality hot dog I have ever had. It has that snap that hot dogs should have, it's so flavorful, and it doesn't taste even remotely processed. Then they top it with these beautifully caramelized onions and a Serrano pepper relish which adds a sweetness and a tiny bit of heat to the hot dog. It is placed in a nice and chewy baguette and topped with a little bit of arugula. I can not get enough of it. Don't forget the fries either, they taste like fancier McDonald's fries that are crispy and delicious. The employees are so kind and the atmosphere is so great. If you are ever in Gettysburg, please stop here you definitely won't regret it. read more

Place was busy on Father's Day, but if you are a capable human being you can figure out a spot to sit and QR code the menu. Go inside to order, staff was running around doing a great job. told us 45 mins for food, it was only like 30. Underpromise and over deliver, well done. Drank several different beers and had cuban, loaded fries, fish tacos, etc. Everything was really good. Go there on good weather and sit outside. read more

Disappointment. The food was not very good. The Fourscore burger was average at best and not worth the $13. The quinoa that came with it was inedible and had an odd flavor or lack of flavor. It definitely needed seasoning. I recommend they switch to making a quinoa salad with black beans, corn, green pepper, onion, and a few other things with a lime juice, salt, cumin and olive oil dressing. The chicken cheesesteak wasn't very good, either. Basically, the food needs improvement big time. Now to the important part, beer. Again, disappointing. The bitters was okay but I've had better nearby in the past. The Hefeweizen tasted filtered. It likely wasn't but it lacked what you would expect from a nice hefeweizen. Maybe I'll try the beer again in the future as there are several varieties but definitely not the food. As for the staff, they were very friendly. Overall, I would say a 2.5 and not really a 3 star. The beer could bring me back for another taste test. read more

We stopped by to get some beer to go and it seemed like a nice place to try again. The second time we came it was difficult to find parking as their parking lot is covered with outdoor seating and the hospital has no parking and it felt weird to park in front of people's houses but there were no spots open anyway. Inside you have to order everything at the bar but they do bring to your table. It was very hectic and crowded and we had to wait in the way for a seat to open up. Parties of 2 were sitting at tables reserved for 4 or more and no one seemed to care. All the food sounded interesting and the menu is very creative. However the food we got sounded better than it tasted. Execution needed to be better. All the dipping sauces were boozy and tasted horrible so I had dry chicken. I can see this place being insanely packed with tourists but good for them I guess. The beer is great. read more

This place is the real deal and have been awesome pillars of the community during these crazy times. We've done takeout a few times from Fourscore and have tried a lot of their menu....all of it is excellent. From their yummy specials to their awesome beers (some unique ones there, too!), they have offered so many quality products. The Jahmba sours are unlike any other beer I've ever tried, and favorites of like the Pilsner, Lager, and the Vienna Lager have been done really well. I can't wait to visit when this is all over and enjoy a sampler, and pick up some merchandise! read more

A fantastic brewery worthy of a name linking back to Abe's famous address. Good, honest, earnest beer, food and service. Sat at the bar and enjoyed the company of the 2 bartenders working and got some great background information on the brewer and company. Had a flight of beers and enjoyed each, so much so that I followed up with a full pour of 2. Had a delicious sandwich, much higher quality food than you will find at most breweries. Very farm to table feel, but executed nicely and packed with flavor. Very cool vibe, but not pretentious in any way. Awesome swag, priced fairly. I will DEFINITELY be back next time I pass through town. Drink local! read more

Second time here and we were genuinely impressed by the consistently great service and beer selection. If you like sours - this is the place to be. They don't BS you with one random sour that was half assed because they need one for the crowd... they create a variety of bomb sours that deserve a true and respectful pallet. Got a flight and not one beer was "eh". Drink wise - no disappointments. Took some recommendations and we were delighted to slurp them sours down! Food menu offered many options! Our orders came out great... except that one dish our party ordered was not brought out correctly. Seemed that when we ordered the bartender mistook what we said and when we mentioned that the order came out wrong (as in a completely different sandwich) he insisted that it was what we asked for. We took the food a bit defeated and it was okay. This was disappointing because the fried chicken sandwich sounded amazing, yet we settled for a bland chicken cheesesteak. Don't get me wrong, chicken cheesesteak can slap, but this was just a sad attempt for the hype. Despite the food mix up , we loved the time we spent here because the bartender was super personable and friendly. We shared stories, were given recommendations, and laughed ! And that's the truth. read more

8 of us on a Sat early evening. Sat outside, enjoyed the space/layout and easy to read video menus. Staff was courteous and friendly. We tried I think every beer or cider and all really enjoyed each. I dug the Duster. But the food was mediocre to poor. Brisket had next to no flavor or nuance. Pasta salad was just noodles and blk olives. Cole slaw was just mayo on some cabbage onion and cukes. Dissappointing. Our least adventurous eater got chx tenders/fries basket. The tenders were beaten out thin like schnitzel and dry as a cracker. See photo. Would return for beers but def wouldn't order food or recommend the food to others.. read more

The atmosphere was pretty nice. Reminds me of dogfish head type. You can get a flight of 4 beers to sample for $8.50. The food is fresh and made right there. We got the mozzarella for an appetizer and it was delicious. Husband got the burger and it had pork in it. It was juicy and delicious. The chicken fingers I got were extremely crunchy and dry and thin. It had a crisp crust and looked like oats on the outside. The beers were all good ( according to hubby ) they were all brewed in house and you can take a 4 pack home if they had it currently or a crowler home of your choice. Overall I would return.
