My wife is now undergoing surgery to correct the poor treatment that Dr. Fournier gave her. Her knees are basically destroyed. Good luck!

I don't believe she's even a doctor. Ave your money. Find a real doctor to do prolotherapy.

I had my doctors appointment today. Because my primary…read moredoctor was not in yesterday. I saw my great froend Marlene. I like this spot, for Dr. Mallow is my primary doctor.

I called to cancel my appointment scheduled for October 1st because I had changed my location from…read moreWildomar to Escondido, and the Escondido location no longer accepts my insurance plan. That was the sole reason for my call. During the conversation, Juana explained that my appointment was scheduled with a primary care physician who was not assigned to me through my insurance plan. I understood that information, as it was the very reason I was calling to cancel. However, she continued discussing why I could not keep the appointment and that I would need to pay out of pocket. At that point, I asked for clarification because her explanation was unclear and seemed unrelated to my request to cancel the appointment, since that was the very reason I was calling. Rather than clarifying, her tone became condescending and dismissive. As someone who works in a customer service call center, I recognize the importance of clear communication and de-escalation techniques. I remained calm, did not raise my voice, and simply asked for clarification regarding what she was referring to. Unfortunately, she appeared frustrated and annoyed by my questions. What should have been a straightforward cancellation call became unnecessarily prolonged by information I did not request. Based on this interaction, I believe Juana would benefit from additional coaching on communication skills, tone, and de-escalation techniques when speaking with patients. I would encourage her leadership team to review the call recording and provide appropriate feedback and coaching. I would appreciate a response regarding this concern. I understand that any personnel matters are confidential and that specific disciplinary actions cannot be shared. However, I hope my feedback is taken seriously and not dismissed as a routine complaint. Every patient deserves to be treated with professionalism, respect, and courtesy. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to hearing back from you. Kind regards, Yanett

I've been trying to see my primary doctor, Dr. Hernandez, since May 18th for bleeding in my brain…read more On the day of my appointment, he left the clinic without informing me. He worked in the morning and left Burrego in the afternoon. I had been in the hospital ICU for brain bleeding, and my neurosurgeon told me to see my primary doctor as soon as possible. After calling Centro Médico Escondido many, many times and not being able to make an emergency appointment, they sent me an appointment via text message without even checking if I could make it that day. Desperate to get my referrals set up, I made it to the appointment. Sadly, Dr. Hernandez left the clinic without canceling my appointment. He works in the morning and leaves in the afternoon. If it was an emergency, the front desk should have called me to reschedule. I have been waiting for a whole month for an emergency appointment. When I called over the phone, I said I would take any doctor available as soon as possible. I am so disappointed with this center. The front desk staff are rude and act like nothing happened. I kept telling her this is an emergency, but she still rescheduled me for next month July 18th!! So, wait time for an emergency appointment is two months in Cento Medico Escondido!! I will definitely change my Burrego.

This is just per the 1 visit I had today. I met the NP and he was beyond thorough. You can tell he…read moreloves what he does. He doesn't see you as number or burden. He sees you as a person and that really gave me hope for Arch. They almost lost my son and I as patients but Garvin saved the relationship. A few months ago I was having health issues so of course I made an appt. and a Dr. in Poway (Arch Dr.) really ruined my experience at Arch he was cold, very little to no compassion. I cried the entire ride home from poway and thats a 40 min ride. Almost went back for followup but I was literally afraid to have to deal with him again. And decided to jot go back until TODAY (4/20/17) because I literally had no choice. I really miss Dr. Hardison (Ramona Arch Partners) and Dr. Luan (Escondido). Joe Garvin thank you for being so nice and gentle and informative (which I personally love. It shows me that you are knowledgeable and you care). Now keep in mind I am in a super crabby mood duh Im sick. But he was super gentle and real! I loved his personality. The receptionists were sweet. Sarah helped me with a little issue that arose. The communication in the Esco office was amazing they all seemed to flow flow flow! Now, I know since they went under new management they went down hill! But because Im a "ride out the storm" type of girl. I chose to stay and bare the changes. But it was all too noticeable so much so that I noticed the drastic change in all the staff. They were less friendly, just unhappy. So whatever happened they were really feeling it. And I really felt for them because that meant patients would be affected. You could see the internal struggle in them. I really hope management sees this. Arch partners wasn't the only one who suffered. The patient suffered a great deal as well. Sooo, thank you staff in esco! You guys are awesome!

This medical group has gone was downhill over the last few years. I don't know if they are…read moreunderstaffed or what but everything moves in slow motion here. If you call to make an appointment expect to wait at least 10 minutes for someone to pick up the phone and when they do they are of no help what-so-ever. I waited over 6 hours to be seen in their urgent care on Saturday and on Monday, the urgent care doctor called me and told me to make a follow-up appointment with my primary care doctor and told me they set aside appointments just for this purpose and I should be able to get in that day or the following day. After more than 20 minutes of being on the phone I was advised that the soonest appointment with my doctor was 2 weeks out. I argued with the receptionist, then suddenly one week out was available. Frustrated, I drove all the way to my doctors office where the same receptionist offered me an appointment that day at 3pm with Dr. Tatum another doctor in my pcp's practice. What kind of gatekeeping bullshit is this? Push off your patients unless they are willing to drive to your office and see that absolutely no one is there and then offer an appointment? This experience made me realize this health group will not be there for me when I need them and now I'm looking for another health group to join. It's beyond frustrating though. I felt like I had a good relationship with my doctor but if they are going to hire terrible receptionists that don't care about their patients, its time to move on. I even spoke to a director there about my experience. I told the urgent care doctor what happened when I tried to make an appointment and she insisted I talk to the director, so I did. Outcome? nothing. Still can't get an appointment to see my doctor. Tomorrow I'm going to call my insurance provider and make a complaint. Not only am I being forced to make higher out of pocket costs, but my insurance carrier is being forced to pay more too.
