My company buys all their trucks from Four Stars. It's a smaller dealership, with grassroots customer service values! I give them AAA+++

It took me a couple of weeks to finally "pull the trigger" but Chris Chandler was there to help the entire time.

I told the gentleman at your service desk I had a problem with my horn. It worked yesterday, but not that morning. I told him I had already checked the relay, but there might be a fuse that I had missed, as I am not a car guy.He told me he would have to put it on the diagnostic machine for $50.00. Then he came out and told me he would have to replace 2 horns for about $450.00. I told him I was not interested in paying that. He said he could do it for $200.00. I told him I don't think the horn was the problem. He told me the 2 horns were rusted completely through, the quarter panels would have to be taken off, and both horns replaced. Since he was already in the engine, he could save me the $250.00 in labor. I said no thank you, paid my $50.00 and left. On February 3, I took my vehicle to Kurt's Kwik Lube in North Richland Hills. The mechanic on duty said it was a probably fuse, replaced the fuse in less than 3 minutes, the horn worked and they didn't charge me at all. I am pretty upset about the way your service manager handled this. I feel like he attempted to take advantage of, and defraud, me. I would like my $52.14 refunded to my credit card. However, this could have all been a misunderstanding. I wanted to give you a chance to address this. I have included a copy of my credit card bill for your reference. If you want to get robbed, this is the place! Otherwise, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! 1 Star for the Criminal Element

For starters. The people at their service department are by far the worst team I've ever dealt…read morewith. My vehicle was diagnosed by their "technician" with a problem in the fuel system. When trying to fill up it would only allow the pump to put in $5 or less. I was informed that the gas tank and some kind of filter needed to be replaced. The part (Tank) needed was not available and that it would take at least one day for it to come and that they would have the vehicle ready for pick up in 2 days. At this time I told the gentleman to go ahead and order the part, The part arrived 3-4 days later. I called and was told that there were delays with the delivery ( really?) and that the vehicle would be ready late that afternoon. At about 45 minutes before closing I called but was asked to leave a message and that they would call me. Guess what? exactly, no call and no updates. Next day, called again and I was given the same story about leaving a message. I waited and since their personnel didn't call me I decided to go by the dealership and check in person. Well, the gentleman told me that they were working on the vehicle and that it would be ready before closing. I'm not sure about it being ready but I was able to pick up my vehicle that day. Left the dealership and went straight to the gas station. To my surprise the problem was alive. Returned to the dealership, was told that the qualified, certified and verified 'technician" was not available and that first thing next morning they would check the vehicle again. To make sure things didn't go south I was there before opening. Here is where I started to doubt their skills. The technician said the the problem still exist, Duh! I asked if anyone checked or even tested to see if the problem has been fixed before the vehicle was returned to me? they all looked at each other and I swear it was as if a remake of an episode of the three stooges was being taped. Well now I was told that even when the tank and carbon "filter" or whatever else it was replaced that this problem may occur. How can this happen with so many expensive parts being replaced after your accurate diagnostic? Sir, we are going to check and without a doubt the vehicle will be ready this afternoon. Oh this is awesome! now I have their word and nothing can go wrong because they have given me their word. That afternoon, I went to the service department to pick up my vehicle and not only it wasn't ready but it was parked outside with a flat tire, subway sandwiches wrappers on the console and bird "poop" all over it. Once again there was no explanation as to how any of this happened. The Certified, Qualified and Verified 'technician' said he didn't move the vehicle and I guess he didn't noticed it was missing? by Now, now we were into the holidays and it took a few more days to hear back or get a call back. I was told that they found the problem, Alleluia! it turned out it was the least expensive and easiest to replace part. So in short, my vehicle was diagnosed with cancer, Treated for Leukemia as if terminal but it was only a common cold. Good to know I had all those expensive parts replaced by a Trustworthy, Certified Qualified, Verified and well supervised team! !

After visiting two dealerships in Fort Worth this week, the first dealer told me I owed $9000 more on my 2-year-old car that has 17,000 miles, I shared my Kelly Blue Book estimate and he told me KBB don't write checks, he offered me a payment of $1183/month, of course I left. The next dealership must have thought, "hold my beer and watch this, lol." That dealership offered me a lease price of $1905/ month and bragged because he got the price down $200, so I was going to pay $1700, they told me I was $5,000 upside down. Feeling reluctant, I located the 2026 GMC Denali PU with the exact options that I was seeking. Derek was extremely professional. I told Derek exactly what I was looking for. Within an hour, Derek provided me with a ballpark figure that was exactly the same as the result I came up with on the GM Financial website; I was $500 upside down. After a 1-hour drive to the dealership, it took approximately an hour to complete the paperwork, and a monthly note below $700/mo. Without a doubt they have earned my trust in an industry that is filled with uncertainty in my opinion. When completing the paperwork, I was able to relax, as in my experience the finance manager didn't try to up-sell me on things I didn't want or need. In my Arnold Schwarzenegger voice, "I'll be back!"

I wanted to share my experience so others know what to look out for before purchasing a vehicle…read morefrom this dealership. I purchased a vehicle that had previously been used as a courtesy vehicle. During the buying process, the salesperson was courteous, but there was very little willingness to negotiate on the price, which was disappointing considering the vehicle's prior use. Almost immediately after taking the car home, I noticed condensation in both of the tail lights. The dealership did replace the tail lights, but unfortunately, that repair created even more damage. The technician damaged the vehicle during the replacement, requiring me to bring the car back for bodywork. When I picked the car up after the repairs, it had a strong odor inside that wasn't there before. It also hadn't been properly detailed. there were still markings left on the vehicle from the repair process. Wouldn't you think after all the inconveniences, they would at the very least DETAIL THE CAR? To make matters worse, the trunk was no longer aligned correctly and now makes a noticeable noise every time it is opened or closed. While I appreciate that the dealership attempted to address some of the issues, it was frustrating to have one repair lead to problem after problem. Buying a vehicle should be an exciting experience, not one that requires multiple return visits to fix new issues caused during previous repairs! Because of my experience, I will not purchase another vehicle from this dealership, nor would I recommend it to friends or family. I encourage anyone considering buying here to inspect their vehicle thoroughly before taking delivery and to carefully check the quality of any repairs before leaving. I hope sharing my experience helps others make a well-informed decision.
