Pigg towing accepted the dispatch, and Dispatch said they'd be here around 1:00. At 1:00, I got an electronic update that their ETA had changed to "TBD". It's now 5:00am, as I still sit here waiting. AAA Dispatch has tried calling them multiple times as have I and neither of us has gotten an answer or update. I realize that, in the towing business, things happen that prevent tow trucks from getting to you when they expected - that's life, but to get absolutely no communication from them for going on 5.5 hours is just bad business.

I was shopping for a place to buy an aluminum truck bed, which is a bit difficult to come by; as most people buy steel because they are less expensive. I called to order from a few dealers who could not be bothered to call back or do the work needed to complete the order. TX Trailer Man was trying to charge over MSRP.
