Generally you pull in to fill up or hit the convenience store and leave. Can be a problem potentially for graduation, game, or parent weekends but this part of Pullman doesn't see a lot of traffic. Inside the store has the essentials. Alcohol. Cigarettes. Snacks and all the usual drinks you'd expect anywhere else. You can purchase lotto tickets and "put twenty dollars on pump ten" if that's your style. Some hot food but it's certainly questionable. Give the other reviews a view. I'm not sure what their beef was but the cursing was out of control for being in ear shot of customers. What if I had kids with me? That's my only complaint the oil change itself went fine. Just unprofessional workers today. If it's any consolation this is the first time I have experienced this which is why I gave it an ok rating vs bad.
