Both times, I brought this to the pharmacy's attention and specifically requested that when her doctor updates a prescription, the change be reflected in their system to prevent future errors. I was told that updating or ensuring the correct prescription is filled is solely my mother's responsibility. I find that response unacceptable. Medication management for elderly patients is already complex. Continuing to fill an outdated prescription after a new dosage has been prescribed creates a significant and unnecessary safety risk. This is not a minor administrative oversight, as it has direct health consequences. When we previously used Rite Aid, prescription updates were consistently reflected in their system when a physician submitted a change. I am deeply concerned that Walgreens' current practice may place not only my mother, but also other elderly patients, at risk. Patient safety must be the priority.

I asked to speak to the manager and she yelled at me again and said she was the assistant manager. It looks like several other people leaving reviews have had the same experience with this person. I will not be going back. Ever. I hope she is dealt with by management ASAP.

Sunset Mart ran my card and put a pre authorization on it to verify funds. Basically they ran my debit card and it cleared and then they put a hold on that same amount at the same time so my card wouldn't work until the following Monday when I could call and have it cleared. When I called the store manager Bill... he claimed they never do that and blamed my credit union. Needless to say... I won't be letting them run my card ever again. In fact I doubt I'll ever go back. Oh, but THIS store! It's wonderful. It's all about the local food scene, and quality. The cupcakes in the bakery case are made there, and the pretty frosting designs were naturally colored. They bake their own breads. The deli line was led wonderful, there's a coffee stand, and the smoothies are made to order with real fruit, no mixes. The prepared foods case was also well stocked and generous with variety...I was able to find a delicious snack for the afternoon. The produce section is colorful and impressive...they even have Buddha's hand! This has an upscale Whole Foods vibe (pre Amazon ownership), and Moscow is lucky to have it. Adding a few words to hopefully trigger this in searches for vegan, organic, lunch and dinner, since it didn't come up in a search for those topics for me. I "discovered" the co op just driving by.
