I help take care of my 83-year-old mother, and on two separate occasions, she has received the…read morewrong dosage of her medication because Walgreens continued filling an outdated prescription after her physician submitted a new dosage. Both times, I brought this to the pharmacy's attention and specifically requested that when her doctor updates a prescription, the change be reflected in their system to prevent future errors. I was told that updating or ensuring the correct prescription is filled is solely my mother's responsibility. I find that response unacceptable. Medication management for elderly patients is already complex. Continuing to fill an outdated prescription after a new dosage has been prescribed creates a significant and unnecessary safety risk. This is not a minor administrative oversight, as it has direct health consequences. When we previously used Rite Aid, prescription updates were consistently reflected in their system when a physician submitted a change. I am deeply concerned that Walgreens' current practice may place not only my mother, but also other elderly patients, at risk. Patient safety must be the priority.

When she picked up the pks some fell out on the floor. She bad mouthed someone under her breath and was just plain RUDE! It's her job to deal with the public. Being a senor does not give tattooed bitchy anyone the right to act like she did. No name, but her coworker had her head in a box and was not getting involved! She was verbally short and obviously did not want to be there. She chose her job, not me!But she was taking it out on me. I will take my business elsewhere. She might be the owners sweetie The one thing I do know is that she should have a job by herself, NOT working with the public. Maybe a plumber. Respect has to be given before U get it back! Grow up u little tated snowflake. The manager can't know unless u tell us. Yelling should not be at customers. I'd give a half star if I could. She might need therapy!!!

Oh, but THIS store! It's wonderful. It's all about the local food scene, and quality. The cupcakes in the bakery case are made there, and the pretty frosting designs were naturally colored. They bake their own breads. The deli line was led wonderful, there's a coffee stand, and the smoothies are made to order with real fruit, no mixes. The prepared foods case was also well stocked and generous with variety...I was able to find a delicious snack for the afternoon. The produce section is colorful and impressive...they even have Buddha's hand! This has an upscale Whole Foods vibe (pre Amazon ownership), and Moscow is lucky to have it. Adding a few words to hopefully trigger this in searches for vegan, organic, lunch and dinner, since it didn't come up in a search for those topics for me. I "discovered" the co op just driving by.
