The assistant manager (or so she says) was extremely RUDE. I stopped in today to pick up a few things for my husband and was treated like I was a bother. When I kindly pointed out that she didn't have to speak to me in such a way, she yelled and told me I was the one being rude. Wow! She didn't want to help me find anything and made several other comments under her breath. I am 71 years old, actively recovering from major cancer and my hearing and sight are still not quite back to normal. She was just awful to me. I asked to speak to the manager and she yelled at me again and said she was the assistant manager. It looks like several other people leaving reviews have had the same experience with this person. I will not be going back. Ever. I hope she is dealt with by management ASAP. read more

I stopped in Sat 16th just after lunch, happy and ready to shop. I was greeted nicely but went downhill real fast. I asked about pipe screens and HER attitude changed fast! When she picked up the pks some fell out on the floor. She bad mouthed someone under her breath and was just plain RUDE! It's her job to deal with the public. Being a senor does not give tattooed bitchy anyone the right to act like she did. No name, but her coworker had her head in a box and was not getting involved! She was verbally short and obviously did not want to be there. She chose her job, not me!But she was taking it out on me. I will take my business elsewhere. She might be the owners sweetie The one thing I do know is that she should have a job by herself, NOT working with the public. Maybe a plumber. Respect has to be given before U get it back! I don't live here, but when I am in town, I stock up from here. Cheapest place to buy cigarettes. They don't carry a lot of my cigarettes because they said its not a big seller. But told me when ever I am planning to come to town to call it in and they will make sure they my cigarettes for when I arrive. Thanks you guys, really appreciate the awesome service! read more

Great place, huge selection. The employees are laid back and easy to talk to. They're always ready to help. They enforce their ID policy very thoroughly, which makes me feel safer about the youth in the community. Always nice and clean, and good music is always played. The employees are always willing to help if they don't carry an item or if they don't have enough of an item. Huge vapor juice selection. I've seen them carry heavier things out for the older customers. I love this smoke shop, and recommend it highly. Just always remember to follow their ID policy, which is their job, and you will have the best experience! The staff will inform you about any product that you don't know much about. This establishment is the worst. The rude lady working was smoking right outside the door letting smoke pour over customers as they enter. Next, they refused to sell me alcohol because I brought my 19 year old sister with me. Was I supposed to leave her in the car and die of heat? The staff was rude and made us leave without our beer. This place is awesome! The people here are super friendly and helpful. There's a large selection of pipe tobacco, cigars, cigarettes, and more.
