Example: After wanting to give them yet another chance, and being helped by the same staff member for our third'ish visit in a row, we decided to compliment a staff member for their consistent and courteous service. They were probably warned after we left that we were evil cis, because subsequent visits were completely opposite. Or does it say more about society (or our area), that you can't just be nice to random people without them thinking the worst? So after giving them many chances, we've decided no more. They don't do anything positive for the community as a whole, just "their" community. This area deserves a better comic book shop and definitely don't bring your kids in for Pokemon cards.

This is an odd one…read more Service: A+ for smiles, -30 for actual help. Reason being, is that when I came in everyone greeted me with smiles. The reason the service is questionable is because when I came in, even though they smiled. No one actually helped me. Just so you know I was the only person in the store when I was looking A guy greeted me, then just told me the color codes for the product, and followed me around while I browsed but didn't offer any actual help. I ended up deciding not to support this business because while I was there after receiving no help and basically being eye fucked by the guy following me around, I noticed they offered (no one asked) for a first time 20% discount. Of which none offered me. So I quietly took my money to another business that had great customer service and actually offered assistance not follow folks around like a convenience store.
