Both times, I brought this to the pharmacy's attention and specifically requested that when her doctor updates a prescription, the change be reflected in their system to prevent future errors. I was told that updating or ensuring the correct prescription is filled is solely my mother's responsibility. I find that response unacceptable. Medication management for elderly patients is already complex. Continuing to fill an outdated prescription after a new dosage has been prescribed creates a significant and unnecessary safety risk. This is not a minor administrative oversight, as it has direct health consequences. When we previously used Rite Aid, prescription updates were consistently reflected in their system when a physician submitted a change. I am deeply concerned that Walgreens' current practice may place not only my mother, but also other elderly patients, at risk. Patient safety must be the priority.

I once had them put large cans of tomato's on top of my fresh tomato's squishing all of them. they were leaking out of the bag. Also I attempted to review and tip the driver after putting away everything and couldn't. It was only 30min after my order had been delivered and it said my time to tip had run out. Walmart having this just confirms how little they care for their employees. If its not just the issue with delivery its having employees follow you through the store or lurking when your scanning your items at self-checkout. Instead of helping you they assume your stealing when its actually that they rearranged aisles and now your a little confused because everything is backwards. The prices don't even make it worth it. Winco has better prices and a bulk foods section.

I need to transfer my prescription to my California pharmacy and my pharmacy will not process it until it is canceled at this Walgreens pharmacy. I am currently two days behind on a very needed medication and I am feeling the health effects of it. I am beyond enraged. I don't know what to do. It's the quintessential small-town drugstore filled with every kind of sundry, medical item or personal care stuff of all sorts, gifts, toys, greeting cards, yarn and knitting supplies, paints and hobby items of many kinds, and a neat-as-a-pin pharmacy in the far corner. Gifts of all kinds abound - lots of really cool stuff scattered all throughout the nicely arranged shop. They even have a small jewelry counter, just like the one in the Fircrest drugstore all those years ago, when I bought my 5th grade girl a pretty necklace. Even the smells inside trigger memories of that long-gone shop of my past. But the best part is this one still exists and seems to be doing well. We made sure to make a number of purchases and a few small gifts for friends back home and for future trips will always make a point to stop in to take a break from the road. If you're reading this from I90, take a break and stop in. I'm not connected in any way other than wanting to share what I discovered today.
