When we move to Idaho, we hooked up with Norco again and we're always happy with them, their service, their friendliness. And then the VA decided to go with a different carrier. The same one we had not liked in Oregon. We were not happy with them. We expressed that to the VA numerous times. And we were so happy this week when we learned that that VA had gone back to Norco. And Thomas came out to change things out and he is so helpful and so nice and it just makes our hearts feel good to be able to be back with Norco.
