We worked with Julio and he was really nice and explained the different options we had. Julio went above and beyond! We initially settled on a lighting package for the Bently Reserve and everything seemed to go according to plan. There was going to be a soft setting for the ceremony then a change in color scheme for the banquet. After the lighting change, the staff could have just left and returned after the event was over to take down the equipment. Well, Julio stayed basically the entire time because he knew that it would have been difficult for some of the transitions and the lightning would not have came out right. We paid for a certain types of lights and labor, and most vendors would just stick by that, but Julio spent way more time there than he probably would have even anticipated.
