I have been a customer here for 4+ years and have never walked out disappointed. Duong (pronounced Young) is my nail angel! I have shown her designs with all different techniques and products and she nails it every time! If something isn't how I prefer, she always fixes it to my liking. I fully trust her and her team to take care of my hands and feet. I recently tried the dip powder on my natural nails, because Duong recommended it to help them grow. And, no kidding, my natural nails were twice their length in 3 months! I highly recommend this place AND setting up an appointment in advance. I knew there was a nail salon in the area, and I wasn't too fanatic about my previous experience, so I wondered around to find this place. Let me tell you: I have found my new favorite. I saw the holographic nails on the display and decided that I had to have them. I mean, cmon! How cool is that? So I sat down in the very clean facility and started my nail experience. I had gel on already and she removed it efficiently and quickly without ruining my nails. She also maintained my length, which I appreciate and didn't try to make them round or something not natural. She cleaned my nails and removed my cuticles gently and big plus: painted ALL the way on my nail bed. She never seemed rushed or like she didn't care. Very good service. The final product is beautiful! It's super unique- just the way I like it in gel form, since I can't have fake nails in my field. I can't wait for everyone to see my amazing nails!! Would give them 3.5 stars if I could. Had an appt for a mani/pedi at 5pm. Walked in at 4:58, left at 7pm on the dot. Yikes. The mani is a C+, the pedi is a B+. Mani shape and nail care was great but the actual application of the polish is less than amazing. Have been here other times for pedicures and have found I am much happier with pedicures here than manicures. The price is RIGHT, though -- got a mani and pedi for $40. Granted I only got paint, not dip or anything fancy. In short, I would come back here for pedicures for sure but not sure if I would get a manicure here again. I've debated posting a review as I was happy coming here but lately not so much. I've been coming here about two years and I was seeing a regular tech who left. Since then I haven't felt very welcome. In two years I didn't like my polish ONCE so I came back the next day to get them repainted and they were even worse than I had to begin with and I was charged another $25 when I paid $35 for the rebase to begin with. The whole experience was terrible and the way they were talking over me made me feel super uncomfortable. I am a very easy person and over apologized for not liking the color to begin with and left almost ashamed is the best word to describe it. I will find another place. read more

I have been looking for a nail salon in the area forever. Most places charge so much, and don't even do a good job. But I went in here yesterday, and these have got to be the best nails I've ever had. I have problems finding a good tech that can do acrylics on my nails because I have clubbing, so my nails slope down a lot. But Jane did such an amazing job! The length is perfect, the shape is exactly what I wanted. I didn't have to do any touch ups, or file any rough edges when I got home. I got a full set with the chrome powder, and my mother got a rebase, and her nails look just as nice. The owner is very attentive, and does "quality checks" to ensure everything is being done right! Great place! I arrived at 6:15pm and even though they close at 7pm they took me in. I had brought a picture with the color i wanted, i showed it to them and they helped me picked the color from their huge display of nail polishes. My coffin nails looked great. The ladies stayed past 7pm just for me but she was very friendly and nice theoughout. I decided to go with a matte finish. I will def be back! read more

Never again! This was my first time going here, and it was for my sister's wedding. I usually go somewhere near my house (for the past 3 yrs), but this is where my sister picked for her bridal party to go. Sadly the lady cut me, my nails go to an angle still even after I asked her to fix them, and she made my nails paper thin. We went on Thursday, today is Saturday and I have 3 peeling nails (shellac). Unfortunately now I have to go to my nail salon, spend more money and hope they can fix my nails. There were a few other girls whose nails were chipping as well. I don't usually come to the quicky places but my regular nail lady is in the hospital and I can't get into anyone this week and my nails were a mess. So you take what you can get. I've run my little girls in here before for quick mani/pedis before a trip so I knew what I was getting myself into. As always the language barrier SUCKS!!!!! I got white flowers w yellow centers when I asked for sunflowers and showed a picture but again you get what you pay for. I went in today with a coworker and I'd been dying for a relaxing pedicure for months. I don't think I could have had a worse nail tech for this. He continuously was picking at my cuticles with the tool and I kept telling him he was hurting me and making me bleed and he didn't say anything. Kept picking at my sensitive toes. Then when he needed to scrape off polish he did so with his razor sharp nails. I kept telling him he was hurting me but he did not give a shit at all. One star because my nails look okay but damn listen when people say you're hurting them!!! read more

Let me start this review by saying I have never left a bad review on Yelp. However, the experience I had here today warrants a negative review. I had a dipped powder manicure that took two hours and ended up looking like a child had done it. I then had a pedicure that looked nice until I realized a couple of hours later the polish was just wiping off. For some reason the polish didn't harden. I drove back to the salon to ask for a refund on the pedicure (I was willing to forget the manicure that I will have redone tomorrow at a different salon). However, they suddenly didn't speak English. Instead of simply refunding my money, one of the ladies got on the floor and put more polish on as I was saying that I didn't want another coat of polish.
