They are well organized and Michael definitely has been doing this for a long time. The pricing for his company is more than fair for the high quality of work. Both James and Max were great when I reached out with questions, they were very responsive. A big thank you to his awesome team who helped build the deck and showed up everyday with a smile. One of the reason why I went with MG Construction was because Michael's eagle eye was able to notice certain detail of the job that that the other contractors who provided bids overlooked. I would also caution anyone considering going with System Pavers to steer clear of those crooks. I wasted thousands of dollars having them do a terrible job on my pool deck, and had to have Pacific rip out their work and fix it. It was an expensive mistake that I hope to save others from repeating. If I had gone with Pacific in the first place, I would have saved lots of money and hassle. I'm trying to get ahold of someone at the business who can help. I have no issue with the physical locations, which are great, but the landscape design service is the issue. I've contacted the physical location, filed a complaint with BBB #23207771, and tried to speak to many people and still cannot figure out the next steps. Here is my story, buyer beware. This is the timeline (see text messages): 1. Nov 2 2021 I initiated the project. 2. Brandon and I went back and forth on which planter to sue, and decided Nov 23rd 2021. 3. Had trouble reaching Brandon for 4 months from Nov 29 2021 - March 7 2022, he just didn't respond to my messages 4. April 7 2022, finally got the 4 large planters done, but they weren't as proposed. 5. Could not reach Brandon for another 8 months, Dec 27, 2022 he responded. 6. We were back and forth on trying to get him out to see what was done for the next 3 months, he kept setting up appointments and never showing up. 7. I sent him a video Feb 2023 of what was actually done (4 large planters), and he never responded after that. 8. I stopped into the Shermans Oaks store near me multiple times in 2023, each time I was promised a manager would reach out to me to figure out next steps, but never was contacted. It's possible they tried to call me and I missed it, they told me they would take care of things and not to escalate. 9. Finally, I got connected with Aaron July 31 2024, he investigated, offered to either refund me the undelivered order or give me a store credit of the amount +50% given the difficulty. I assumed he made notes, so I sat on it trying to figure out what to use the credit for. 10. This brings us to present day. I understand that it has been 3.5 years, but 2 years of that delay was spent trying to reach Brandon, and the last year, I thought we were in good shape after my conversation with Aaron. 11. I feel I've really been quite patient so far. The undelivered amount is $1959.99 + Tax. Hope this helps, at this point I just want to get this resolved, if we can apply this credit to another order I can move in this direction.

We are so happy with our gorgeous shower. He explained what was possible, what was impossible and what was maybe possible! Even when we chose hinges that happened to be the most expensive hinges in the hardware catalogue he explained that each component has a budget and those hinges were way over the shower door budget, but he wanted us to have them if we really loved them, so he would split the cost with us. They WERE pretty spiffy hinges (if you can believe that hinges can be that fancy) but when he told us we had picked out $750 hinges we said, oh no forget it! That's crazy. But he said, well before you say no way, i want you have what you like, so he offered to split it. We would not have added on $750, but for $375, we decided to go for the crazy hinges! We had a pipe in our condo building that needed repair which really took time to get approved for them to continue our project. Shai spoke with the building manager, several times, made them 2 proposals to fix the pipes, and very quickly (once the Board finally approved) fixed it in half a day. At every stage of demo and construction, Shai made sure we were happy and on track! And the price he quoted us on day one, was the price we paid. We needed more grout, more tile, and a few extra visits to change the recessed box and he never said yes but it will cost extra, he delivered what he promised on day 1, which was us, as happy satisfied clients.
