Absolutely the worst. I received a memorial plant with 4 roses as part of the plant. My neighbor who sent the arrangement explained the significance. The roses died within a day and a half. I received the arrangement Thursday afternoon. Flowers were dead Saturday morning. I had taken care to remove the flowers from their individual holders, trim the stems and put them in fresh water. The card included with the arrangement says if we ever fail to meet your expectations, please let us know. I called, and the woman who answered was rude. She gave me every excuse why it was not their fault the flowers died - well we had to leave them outside your house and it was hot - no - the driver handed the arrangement to me, and I immediately brought it in the house. Oh - well the flowers need water - yes - I took them out of the individual containers - trimmed the stem and put them in fresh water. Then she said well the flowers are not supposed to last. I said I thought that when someone pays for flowers, they should last a little longer than 1 1/2 days. She said she would let "the guys" know. I told them I didn't think my neighbor should have to pay extra for the flowers. Very nasty people. Would never personally order from them after this encounter. I would actually give NO stars. But elsewhere from someone who stands behind their product. read more

I am very happy to recommend this place for flowers! Like the other reviewer said, they have the most selection of flowers in the area and they are not cheap with their flowers. You will always leave with more flowers than you paid for. I really like the friendly staff and service. Sometimes I tip the guys that fix my flowers up. I only wish I found this place when I got married three years back. Oh well. Many more occasions to come. I hope your experience is good as mines! read more

We worked with Four Seasons Florist for our wedding (church and reception). We met with George and we went over colors, themes, designs. He was easy to speak with and extraordinarily knowledgeable. He created beautiful bouquets, centerpieces, and floral arrangements for the church and the reception hall. Everything looked amazing. Using only the freshest flowers, we STILL have roses and other flowers from the wedding in our home (its been over 3 weeks). I highly recommend anyone to Four Season Florist for any occasion. Called me the Wednesday AFTER Mother's Day to ask if it's okay for them to deliver my Mother's Day gift flowers the next day....the Thursday AFTER Mother's Day. When I was not enthusiastic...the woman on the phone started yelling at me....and some man got on the phone and started yelling at me. This place is great to just stop in and pick up some flowers to spruce up a gift or just to decorate your home. They always have a wide variety when I stop by and their flowers are fresh, always staying unwilted for at least a week, usually more (depending on the type). What I like best about this place is the service. They know just how to arrange the flowers you choose with various types of greenery and filler flowers. Every time I buy from them I come out with a beautiful bouquet that is always ready to be the center of attention in any room. I went there today to get a bouquet of flowers for my parents' anniversary, and I can only say good things about this super-cute flower shop! They put together a gorgeous, big bouquet for $60 (about 2-3 times the amount of flowers I would've gotten from 1800 Flowers for the same price!), and they were very patient while we swapped flowers in and out to perfect the bouquet. The person helping me (I didn't get his name, but I'm assuming it's George from the other reviews) was friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable, and I loved the final product! Boyfriend recommended me this place from yelp last night for flowers. So I went this morning to pick up flowers for graduation- I don't know how to order them and he asked me how much you want, $20? $25? So I said "can I have 2 $30's???" He immediately started making those flowers and voila! In about 10 minutes he produces these two flower bouquets! Frankly, I was a little afraid to buy from here despite this awesome ratings because 1) it was a guy making them (sorry I just have this image of a lady making bouquets) and 2) there seemed to be only a few selection of flowers in the flower refrigerator (is this how they are called?!) Anyways, before wrapping them, he asked me how they looked- honestly, I couldn't tell and I didn't want to be disappointed by looking closely I said they are okay. But he told me "okay? I am so angry right now. I ordered flowers for my mom for Mother's day on the Thursday prior to be delivered on Friday morning. They did not deliver the flowers. So I call on Sunday to inquire about this and with an annoyed tone they responded that they can't deal with prior orders because it's Mother's day! What?! Duh! My mom didn't get the flowers I ordered for mother's day before all of your orders today! It seemed clear I was not the only one complaining that day about orders not being filled properly. This is unacceptable business practice. I thought I was calling Dana's flower shop who was great but the phone number apparently forwarded to Four Seasons. I would strongly recommend you look elsewhere. They are obviously unreliable and have terrible customer service. read more

Great service, but disappointed with the flower arrangement for a funeral service. Ordered "Pink Tribute Spray" from Four Seasons even though their price is higher than competitor's. I was willing to pay extra due to the strong reviews. Also, they charged a reasonable $5 delivery fee. Unfortunately, the flowers were not very fresh looking and didn't look nice. It was a bit embarrassing. I would have taken a pix, but it wasn't appropriate to take pictures there. In any case, Four Seasons gets 5 stars for service, since they cleared up an error due to the funeral home's mistake, and 2 stars for the flower arrangement/value. read more

I ordered flowers from their website to be delivered to my grandmother who was at the New York Hospital in Flushing at the time. I had given up on ProFlowers (they are never GREAT), and took a chance on Four Seasons Florist. The arrangement was beautiful. It was big and full just like it looked in the picture. Four Seasons Florist shop pretty much saved my wedding. My florist shut down two weeks before my wedding and we were really worried we wouldn't have flowers. I honestly with I would have came here to begin with. George was SO nice and accommodating and the work was absolutely beautiful.
