From the very first meeting/interview, she had twice as much information than what was offered by the others, and she went through each comp with me, including the pictures where we could see what was actually comparable to my home inside and out. She was excited about touring my home, she went through her marketing practices with me, which included more than just putting it in the MLS and then letting Zillow and Redfin pick it up. She recommended a fair price to avoid having to do a price reduction, and she got it listed. THREE DAYS later I had an offer!!! She also sent me a weekly report on my listing through the closing of the transaction that showed where the listing was being viewed and how many times. After the HOA inspection found some concrete staining they wanted cleaned, she spent her Saturday morning on my front walkway scrubbing concrete! She also helped me cut and replace light coverings, and even offered to come help me pack! I've never heard of a Realtor offering to help their clients like that. There were a couple bumps in the road, but Julia handled them like the true professional she is and talked me off the ledge. She helped me celebrate the offer and closing, she checked up and in with me consistently during the whole transaction timeframe, she was ALWAYS available to answer questions and never made me feel that I was asking stupid questions or wasting her time.
