Absolutely the worst! Avoid them at all costs! Unprofessional, unorganized, not efficient, rude, lazy, no integrity nor honesty and so so so slow. They stress and rush you to death when you are seeing these documents for the first time and literally signing away your life savings. They crazy over charged me $100 for overnight FedEx (they said it would be $25) and then don't bother even looking at the documents once they have arrived. I called 3 days after they had received the overnight documents and they hadnt even reviewed them yet. A week and a half later and they never even told me if the notary and other documents were approved. They tell you you have to wire money the same day but don't give you the instructions until after your banks deadline for same day transfers. They are completely incompetent. Do not trust them with your money nor let them waste your time. They can't seem to do their job and get their part done and then push escrow an extra week without bothering to inform you about anything. You have to work with several people explaining your situation to every worker. They have morning meetings making themselves unavailable for half the day. They forced you to schedule a meeting just to ask a question and then they call you late and don't want to answer your questions. If you have the choice. Do not choose them. You will seriously regret it. read more

Requested a deed change and was told it would be 7-10 days. Nearly two months later, no movement. I called and "Leta" treated me horrible. I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager and hung up on me. Avoid this place at all cost. read more

Four Seasons was recommended by my Realtor and I am not real happy with the service. Mostly because of lack of communication where days would go by before getting a reply on time sensitive questions. Selling a home is stressful enough, stressed caused by escrow should not add to the headaches. I would not use them again. read more

UPDATE: Again, I am a former Realtor with RE/MAX in San Diego with two decades experience, and I have never written a bad review of an escrow company, but Four Seasons Escrow was that bad. Here's the update: FIVE MONTHS after Four Seasons Escrow closed our escrow without approval as noted in my review here, my partner got an email from our horrible escrow officer, Leeta Slama, and the vice administrator. Nidaa Sanchez. I was stumped why they were writing until I read they were asking us to sign escrow amendments regarding closing that were not signed before we closed Oct. 1. Further, if we signed the amendments, the escrow officer Leeta offered to refund HALF our escrow fee. I demanded it be entirely refunded for what occurred and for how I was saving their butt from the Department of Real Estate. Ten days later, I received an email from the president of Four Seasons Escrow, Malia Monroe, curtly rescinding its offer to refund the money. So, folks, if you want questionable service like we received at Four Seasons Escrow, call 'em up. Of course, you'll never speak with your escrow officer, but good luck calling anyway. I'd rather have my eyes get poked out than deal with this level of incompetency and generally over-the-top poor service. BEWARE. read more

FOUR SEASONS is absolutely the worst company to deal with. LEETA SLAMA is manager at FOUR SEASONS is a disgrace to customer service. This is my first ever post on any site but I want to warn you. This is a WARNING to any seller out there. DO NOT USE Four Seasons. They are terrible. Think about it they only have 4 reviews and 2 are terrible. LEETA SLAMA should work at a desk in the back of the office with no chance of speaking with customers or anyone in the general public. I had no choice my realtor picked them. No communication, very deceptive people, many mistakes on my closing statement. They delayed closing for 8 days for no reason which cost me $$$ just to accommodate the buyer. LEETA SLAMA is the rudest person I've ever dealt with in business, she literally hung up on me twice when I questioned the numbers. If you question anything with FOUR SEASONS they will literally bite your head off, give you misinformation just to get back at you. They completely screwed up my payoff balance (I believe on purpose) so I'd have to wait 30 days to get it from my mortgage company. I've never seen anything like these people, as the seller, I'm paying them, yet if you question them they will become vindictive, and find a way to cause problems with your closing. ABSOLUTELY STAY AWAY FROM Four Seasons Escrow and LEETA SLAMA. They truly need to be stopped, treating their own customers with such distain and disrespect. Again this is my first ever review but it needed to be done. They won't change until they see their numbers go down. That's why I'm not stopping here. We were not really given a choice in using this company, but in the long run, we were extremely happy with the way the entire transaction took place. At the beginning of our transaction, things were a bit shakey because the person that originally was put in charge of our account did not have any answers to the questions we asked. Then on the next transaction we dealt with a gentleman by the name of Brian, who was not only very knowledgeable, but the most professional and expeditious agent that we dealt with. If you need to get the job done in a timely and professional manner, ask for Brian. The company works as a team in general, handling all things without bias, but Brian always stepped up to the plate immediately. I would recommend this company. read more
