Very nice meal! Great "at home" vibe. Food was plentiful and served quickly. Overall, the restaurant was clean, well lit and inviting. We were there on Mother's Day Eve and the main room we were in was pretty full. Everyone was relaxed and chatting away. I grew up on the Four Seasons. It may not be the best to some but I compare all Chinese to them. The pork fried rice is great fresh and reheated. You always go home with food leftovers. They even have the real hot mustard and the best tea around. read more

What happened to our favorite restaurant? Chicken fried rice was rice with soy sauce and a few tiny pieces of chicken, no egg ,no peas, no chicken flavor. Chicken chow yuk, exactly ! YUK! $12 for Schezwan prawns. 4 tiny prawns & lot of bean sprouts with fried onions and peppers. I don't understand why restaurants lower the quality instead of just raising the price . The remodel wasn't a remodel just new carpets and some new chairs. The website menu is a joke. Worst menu set up ever. No info on any of the dishes. Absolutly the most disappointing meal ever. I have never eaten Chinese food that was lacking in flavor until now. Bland is an understatement for this meal. Fried rice tasted like Uncle Bens boxed rice, nothing too it at all. My chicken chow mein was nothing but celery. Really, just a big ole slimy plate of celery with NO flavor. Here's a good challenge for Robert Irvine, as in gutting the building and starting over would be the easiest fix. The interior is 1980 decor, and hasn't been touched since. Complete with ripped seats, worn tables, dust on the decorations, etc... The service was slow and inaccurate, i.e. bringing the wrong order to the table, waiting on water.... But the real reason you come is for the food. And the food here was tasteless and bland. It all tastes the same. The food was very bland. My girlfriend is allergic to shellfish so we substituted the prawns for BBQ pork. I felt we didn't get any extra BBQ pork. The almond chicken was tough as jerky. The fried rice had noodles or something in there. Who does that? The soup tasted like chicken gravy. My friend ordered wonton soup and received hot and sour instead. I will say the staff was friendly and courteous. My friend's drinks were also very strong. If you want mixed drinks in their bar it's not a bad place I suppose. Took my son's family to lunch today. There were 6 of us. Ordered for 4 and brought sufficient leftovers for another meal for all of us. Our service was terrific, the food just exactly what we were looking for in Chinese/Cantonese style food. The egg rolls were perfect, the soups hot and delicious. Meal also included sweet and sour pork, prawns, almond chicken, almond sub-gum chow mien, and fried rice. Everything was just what we were looking for. Will definitely return. As an aside, the first time I ate at this restaurant was nearly 25 years ago--was yummy then and remains so today. read more

My parents used to take me here when I was kid and it was always a treat to come. We came here tonight, we were told for the 2 dinners we had to get the same one. When the food came it looked like it was only one dinner. Everything is deep fried!! Covered in grease everything taste the same because it's all deep fried. After reading these reviews, we hesitatingly decided to give it a chance. GROSS!!! Where to start? First, my daughter noticed something floating up and down in the spout of our teapot. We pried it out with my car key, and it looked like a caterpillar of some sort. We picked at it and finally decided (hope?)that it was a shrimp. The waitress never got the manager, and tried to pretend it was a jasmine flower. This was not jasmine tea! My husband and the waitress discussed at length whether the almond chicken was breaded. He can't have carbs. She said it was stir fried. When it arrived, it was all breaded and drenched in grease. My daughter traded her dinner with him so he could eat. Waitress never offered to change it or anything, she just said she was sorry. The "almond" was about a teaspoon of ground up peanuts on top of chicken gravy. The egg flower soup had a "fowl" smell, couldn't even eat it. I believe it was turkey subbed instead of chicken. (Pun intended!) Thicker than gravy, very gelatinous. Chicken sub gum apparently means "soggy bean sprouts that taste like dirt " in some language. Couldn't even look at that! Most of the food stayed on our plates, did the waitress even offer to make it good? Nope. Long story, but AVOID this dump. read more

I ordered a Tito's vodka and water and my husband ordered a Captain and coke, neither drink tasted right. The vodka tasted like turpentine and the rum tasted like cheap wiskey. We watched them pour it out of the correct bottles but it was horrible. I asked them if they re-filled the bottles with different boose and they didn't answer. I have been coming to four seasons restaurant for 40 years tonight it was very disappointing..The waitress brings us deep-fried prawns and says here is your dinner! when she fell brought the rest of our dinner, The chow mein was like paste! And the almond chicken and sesame chicken was exactly the same only difference was one had almond slices on it and the other had sesame seeds!! And the egg rolls were like cabbage rolls but deep-fried soaked in Greece!!! The only thing I can say about the restaurant was my margarita drink was good!! and when we were asked how the food was I simply said it was "disgusting" and that we would never come back to this restaurant again!...And the hostess just could not understand what the problem was!! I'm sad to say that one star doesn't even describe the experience I just had there. First when I asked about the wine I was told that the wine was "low class" (which It was) then I suppose our 2nd mistake was sitting in the bar to eat. Our bartender Anthony couldn't have been less thrilled to serve us even though we were literally the only ones in the bar on a Saturday night. We ordered a meal that was supposed to come with choices but we were not given any and when questioned the bartender acted like we were being rude. I downloaded yelp JUST so I could warn everyone about Four Seasons. This was the absolute WORST Chinese food we have ever had. Unless you like "egg rolls" which consist of a spoon full of soggy cabbage inside a HUGE wad of deep fried batter, fried everything (we didn't even know what was chicken or shrimp because it was all so deep fried...I'm pretty sure there was meat that was neither..) and sauces (almond and sweet and sour) that can only be described orange mystery soup, save your money. Everything was extremely over priced, and the food was aweful. Both my fiancé and I, four hours later, are nauseous and miserable from what little we ate. Okay, while this was not the best Chinese food I've ever had, it was pretty good. There was plenty of broccoli in the broccoli beef and the beef was tender. I also liked that the sweet and sour chicken was made from beaded and fried chicken breast fillets not the little nuggets. This way there is more chicken and less fattening breading. A few more pieces of pineapple would be a nice improvement. They did a fairly good job of decorating an older building. The ladies bathroom was clean and spacious. I went here with my parents late at night because I wanted Chinese food and there isn't much open at 9pm. I ordered the almond chicken chow main, my mom ordered the kung pao chicken and my dad got their dinner #3 meal. When they brought us our food I didn't even recognize the chow main. It was nothing but celery. We finally managed to flag down the waitress and when I asked her about it she said it was what I ordered but offered to have it remade so I had them make it again. When she came back with my food again it was nothing but vegetables and lots of bean sprouts. They put dry noodles on the bottom of the plate and then top it with vegetables and there was hardly any noodles. There was hardly any chicken and what chicken was there was in such tiny chunks I couldn't even taste it. I have never seen chow main like this ever. As for my parents food it was mostly vegetables as well and very salty. My dad showed me one of his battered shrimp pieces and it was mostly batter. His plate was mostly vegetables and hardly any meat as well. My mom said her food was very salty and mostly vegetables too. The place should be called the Vegetable House because that is mostly what you get. It was the grossest Chinese food I have ever eaten. The chinese food from the Safeway deli is X1000 better than this place. We went to McDonalds afterwards because we couldn't hardly eat the food here and to get the awful taste out of our mouths. Don't bother spending your money here. If you want chinese food go to another restaurant. Seriously do not go here. It is the worst chinese food you will ever eat. read more

the drinks are fumey, and over priced for the bottom shelf booze. food is good going in, but had some issues puking it back up, not so cool. the restrooms are nasty, smell of urine. tables not wiped down, carpet is filthy along with the ceiling fans that are spreading dust and germs all over the joint. they are too busy trying to figure out how to save a buck, instead of providing a pleasant and sanitary eating establishment. read more

The food is fantastic. It's a mix of authentic Chinese food along with American favorites. The pricing is also very reasonable.

The first time my husband and I ate here the food was okay. Nothing special, but not bad. The food is the type of "cheap American" style of Chinese food that you order for takeout and eat in front of the tv. Well, we tried it a second time (mostly the same dishes) and the food was"eh," but the third time (again, same dishes) the food was absolutely inedible - and we are very tolerant of "cheap American" style Chinese food. We've debated going back for one last try, but so far we haven't been able to stomach (no pun intended) the possibility of getting another meal like the last one we had there. read more
