Mrs. Kittaneh was his first grade teacher and as a new parent, I thought first grade would be overwhelming and challenging for him and even for me...but thanks to Mrs. Kittaneh, first grade was a good year. On second grade, we met Mrs. DiScola...my son and I adored her since the first day of school. She always cared for her students, they always had fun with her, she always has a smile in her face and it's obvious that she loves what she does! Therefore, second grade was also a very fun and productive year for him!!! =0) He is now on his third grade, Ms Dunn has been very caring, understanding and makes everything much easier to comprehend for both, her students and us (parents). How do you suspend a kid for lates , then on top of that suspend a kid for what their parent told them to do? They don't care about our black kids in this district from the police to the schools they all work together. They call your phone and put false absences and lates on your children it's disgusting. They don't care about our black children , they don't want them to succeed. Don't move over here , don't send your kids to school over here if you not WHITE ! And they know all these black kids come from that one area of ELMWOOD VILLAGE APARTMENTS, low income struggling families and they could care less . It really makes me upset because they don't talk to these kids suspending a kid from school for two days after being home for 2 years over a late is disgusting. Like I said these rules were implemented for children who have to help their parents after school with siblings , for children who have to help their parents before school, for a child who probably don't have clean clothes and is embarrassed, like they just don't ask and don't care it's just NO SUSPENSION .. black ppl stay out

The owners were very rude, but the teacher who gave us a tour was nice. Long story short, this was 3 years ago and every time we drive by this school, my daughter comments on how much she felt lonely when she was left alone crying inside, while the adults told each other to let her cry, how she was pushed to eat something she didn't want to and.how rude and irresponsible the staff was. If you don't mind your kids to be treated this way, go ahead, enroll them here. You were warned!

Our family has had an incredible experience here. Miss Dana and Miss Crystal began our child's first school experience in Pre-K 3 and all he experienced and learned was beyond our wildest expectations. This year in Pre-K 4 with Miss Lindsay and Miss Christie instilled an incredible amount of knowledge into our child and assisted him to flourish into a confident, bright little boy! He learned to write his first and last name, his colors, shapes, numbers, letters, letter sounds and so much more! He can even sound out words! This year he also learned French and can recite colors, numbers and salutations with thanks to Miss Hinda and sign language with thanks to Miss Dana. Miss Debbie and Miss Danielle run an exceptional school and we are so honored to have been apart of it! Other than academics and learn through play, the children also got to experience week of the child which included bounce houses, pony rides and a carnival! The graduation was also anything beyond we could have ever imagined. From the performances, songs, decorations and the after ceremony celebrations was incredible. There are no words to express how thankful we are for Nursery Rhymes and how difficult this "see you later" is for us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for loving our child and being the best "second moms" we could have ever wished for!

On his first day he happily went in and I was provided updates which helped ease my anxiety. I felt good energy from Ms. Dina and Mr. Chris (the owners) the moment I met them during my tour. Dina was extremely thorough in answering all the questions I had. They have a nice flow for drop off and pick up. I never had a concern about safety. As mentioned, my son loves it and has learned SO much. I love hearing him talk about his day and see his excitement to go every morning. They do not have cameras or a portal for regular photos/updates but they do post pictures of the children's weekly activities.
