They're a fantastic family-run small business that does high quality work and cares about doing a good job. I'm a lawyer, so I bring my suits here often and I love chatting with the owner and employees. They also clean my dresses that have complicated bead work and heavy fabric. But as with every other dry cleaner, you should first confirm with the owner what fabrics they can clean! Have been going here for over 10-years. Local feel, friendly staff and owner, everybody knows your name. Work is done in house. Never had one problem. Often if they find broken buttons, they fix them proactively. I have tried others and I will never go anywhere else. read more

Just the absolute BEST dry cleaners in Metro Detroit. Albert takes great care in reviewing all details and issues with the garment, and delivers on his promises. If he can't clean something to his satisfaction, he will tell you beforehand. When you get your clothing back it looks as good as new! Tried four seasons for some last minute cleaning for a wedding. Not only did they get my clothes done earlier tha expected, they also had great costumer service. My husband and I have been taking our dry cleaning to Four Seasons Cleaners since we moved to Troy in 1984. Excellent service for a good price. Highly recommend!!!!! For example, my husband picked up his shirts and noticed a broken button. He took the shirt back and was promised that it would never happen again. It hasn't in 25 years. I had the worst customer service experience with this place. I always dry clean my garments and since this place was close to my house, I decided to give them a try. I dropped a dress that contained some leather details and wanted to know how much it will cost to dry clean it. The lady at the counter could not answer this simple question and wanted to check with the owner first. She said she will check with him and call about the price before she processes the request. Few days later, I still did not hear anything from them so I decided to give them a call. She informed me that my dress had already been dry cleaned and ready to pick up. The price for the cleaning was extremely high and I was very upset because if I have know it will be that much, I would have taken it elsewhere. I tried to contact the owner and he was very rude and very difficult to deal with. This is plain bad business. They are not honest and very unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. I highly recommend you try a different dry cleaner in the area. read more

I wish I could give negative score. High price and bad attitude are all you will get from this store. They don't care about customer retention and they try every opportunity to rip you off. They do a good job cleaning but not worth a try. Tons of cleaners around the area can do better job. read more
