I want to VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dubin Cleaners on Orchard Lake Road in Farmington Hills for your…read moredry-cleaning needs. I took a white suit jacket to another dry cleaners in the same area. They could not remove the stains I pointed out, even though they said they tried three times after my first visit and again when they tried after I returned with my displeasure. From there I took the jacket to Dubin's. Andy, the owner of Dubin Cleaners, removed every single stain so that it now looks brand new. He only charged about $1 more than the other place (but this compares to the cost after a 20% discount from the other place). I'm not naming the original cleaners because I don't want to give them a black eye. I just don't want you to waste your money going to other places, no matter what "discounts" they offer, when you can go to DUBIN CLEANERS for outstanding quality and service!

She never even apologized for the inconvenience (being late AND having to call every day to see if it was there). When did crappy customer service become acceptable!? It's not! New dry cleaners for me!

I took my dry cleaning to Lahser Cleaners for about a year. Fairly good for the most part. However,…read morerecently I went to pick up some cleaned clothes, but the person working there was not able to find the clothes. They asked me to come back later, assuming that they were going to find the clothes. I went back the next day, and they still had not found my clothes! I had to wait 10 minutes while the person looked for them. Eventually they found them, but it was very annoying. I am looking for a better dry cleaner in the area, but most of the reviews are dismal except for one. Will try that one next. P.S. Lahser Cleaners has a minimum charge for credit cards -- I think it's $5 or $10. (Otherwise you have to use cash)

After the incident, there was a sizeable malodorous stain on my bedding, resembling a cigarette burn. For several weeks, I did not do laundry and slept with only a thin sheet, like I was at a sleepover where my friend did not give me a blanket. Eventually, I ran out of g strings so I was forced to make a decision: use the smoking washer or find a different one. I dusted off my Michael Kors coin purse and took my undergarments and comforter to the Birmingham Laundromat. Unsure if a reoccurring event but there was one individual inside who appeared to be on intravenous pharmaceuticals and was causing a ruckus, but that did not intimidate me. I got the job done and am thrilled that my comforter no longer smells like Virginia Slims. This laundromat is very important to the Birmingham residents that do their own laundry similarly to how a Viagra prescription is essential to the survival of a U.S. Congressman. Will be bringing a spare Narcan next laundry day. Stay blessed.

Blair and her team are amazing!…read more I use Mother Bee's cleaning services once every few months to spruce up my apartment and do a deep clean when I am having people over. She never disappoints! The cleaning is always very detailed, and never misses a spot. They go above and beyond to wash my bedsheets and towels as well and are always there to listen when I give directions on how I like certain items cleaned such as my fridge, oven, etc and what type of cleaning products I prefer too. They gladly follow details that I give for navigating and cleaning my living space with respect and courtesy which I love. Blair's punctuality is great and I have never had an issue scheduling appointments more than a week out. Highly recommend as Mother Bee's will be the only cleaning service I use in the area due to their professionalism, attention to detail, and overall quality of service.
