After a few tries, the owner at Bob White cooked up a 'special recipe' just for me and restored my drapery to look brand new. I simply couldn't be happier. I literally saved thousands on replacing drapes and through the whole process he personally called me to keep me informed. These owners not only go the extra mile, they have a unique service that 'chain stores' simply can not match. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bob White Cleaners - they have gained a lifelong customer from this experience and I hope you consider giving them a try too. From their convenient drop-off and pick up drive-through lane, to their exceptional ability to care for your clothes, curtains, coats and delicates... they go the extra mile at an affordable cost.

UPDATE - I have changed my review from a 2 to a 5 because of the owner and fabulous customer…read moreservice, as it should be! He replied to my review below, apologizing, and asking me to please bring the pants back in to be repressed and have the button fixed. After dropping off today, I received an email later letting me know a credit of $20 had been put on my account for future use. That is fabulous customer service! Thank you! My slacks were cleaned, 1 pair was weirdly pressed against the way it should have been and what is standard for dress pants, and when dropping them off, I pointed out a button that was coming loose on one pair, I was told it would be fixed, no additional charge, because that is their standard procedure. Unfortunately when I took the slacks out of the plastic to rehang at home, the button had not been fixed, and was still loose. I did not feel I needed to check prior to leaving when I was assured it would be fixed. Very disappointing.

I want to VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dubin Cleaners on Orchard Lake Road in Farmington Hills for your…read moredry-cleaning needs. I took a white suit jacket to another dry cleaners in the same area. They could not remove the stains I pointed out, even though they said they tried three times after my first visit and again when they tried after I returned with my displeasure. From there I took the jacket to Dubin's. Andy, the owner of Dubin Cleaners, removed every single stain so that it now looks brand new. He only charged about $1 more than the other place (but this compares to the cost after a 20% discount from the other place). I'm not naming the original cleaners because I don't want to give them a black eye. I just don't want you to waste your money going to other places, no matter what "discounts" they offer, when you can go to DUBIN CLEANERS for outstanding quality and service!

They asked me to come back later, assuming that they were going to find the clothes. I went back the next day, and they still had not found my clothes! I had to wait 10 minutes while the person looked for them. Eventually they found them, but it was very annoying. I am looking for a better dry cleaner in the area, but most of the reviews are dismal except for one. Will try that one next. P.S. Lahser Cleaners has a minimum charge for credit cards -- I think it's $5 or $10. (Otherwise you have to use cash)

The cleaning is always very detailed, and never misses a spot. They go above and beyond to wash my bedsheets and towels as well and are always there to listen when I give directions on how I like certain items cleaned such as my fridge, oven, etc and what type of cleaning products I prefer too. They gladly follow details that I give for navigating and cleaning my living space with respect and courtesy which I love. Blair's punctuality is great and I have never had an issue scheduling appointments more than a week out.
