Today I received a call from Grace with LeBlanc Cleaning who was SUPER nice. She went through and asked me several questions pertaining to the home and what I was looking for. I explained that I needed a ceiling to floor cleaning, everything cleaned and sanitized. She came back with a quote of $675 to $825, which is quite the range and not to mention, outrageous. Since when does a home cleaning cost near $1,000?! I thought this was highway robbery so I opted to call around. Later in the day I received another call in response to my Angie's List request who will do the same exact cleaning (and more it sounds like) for $350.

RE: Arizona Restoration Specialists…read more We highly recommend this company. They were punctual, informative, efficient, and personable. We had a leak in the wall behind the washer and dryer. Apparently, it had been leaking for quite a while. (We found out that it was the washer drain pipe, so it only leaked when doing laundry.) We contacted Dallin at Arizona Restoration Specialist on Tuesday 1/13. Wednesday 1/14, Dallin came and inspected the damage and advised us of the process. He emailed us an estimate that afternoon. Thursday 1/15 we contacted Dallin and made arrangements for them to start work on Monday 1/19. The weekend gave us time to empty the freezer and move other items. Monday 1/19, Dallin and his crew arrived. They moved the washer, dryer, and freezer to the garage. They isolated the damaged area and removed all of the damage and mold. His crew discovered the broken washer drain pipe when removing the water damaged wall materials. They set up a dehumidifier and a blower to dry the area and clean the air. Wednesday 1/21, they checked on the progress, did more scrubbing on the wall studs, and made arrangements for an inspection. Thursday 1/22, Dallin inspected the work. The air quality inspection was completed by another company. Dallin made arrangements with a plumber to fix the broken pipe. The plumber arrived to inspect the pipe damage. They will return after the clearance from the air quality inspection. Friday 1/23, room air quality inspection passed. Dallin sent his crew to remove their equipment. The area was ready to be repaired. The plumber came over and replaced the broken pipe. Drywall work is next. All of this was accomplished in 10 days. Amazing!! The estimate was reasonable, the work done efficiently, and they left the area clean when they were done. These guys are amazing!! Louis & Sandra Parker

WOW! WOW! WOW! ASAP Restoration and Construction is the real…read moredeal! If you're dealing with fire or water damage, do yourself a favor and do your research before hiring just anyone. We learned the hard way that many companies make big promises just to win your business. In our case, we had over $500,000 in fire and water damage, and it seemed like everyone else was more concerned about their profit margins than helping us. Some even tried to play games with the insurance company by requesting payment for items that weren't warranted. ASAP Restoration was completely different. They were honest, upfront, and transparent from day one. They took the time to review every budget, selection, and step of the process with us, making sure we understood everything along the way. The entire team is outstanding, and Josh, the owner, truly leads by example. He tells it like it is, doesn't overpromise, and works tirelessly to make sure things get done the right way. His communication is second to none,I'd much rather have someone who over-communicates than leaves me wondering what's happening. Our biggest delay wasn't ASAP at all, it was our mortgage company and lender taking their time to release funds. Throughout that entire process, Josh worked alongside us every step of the way, helping us navigate the challenges and keeping the project moving whenever possible. The finished product looks incredible, and looking back, the extra few weeks it took to get on their schedule was absolutely worth the wait. If you're looking for a restoration company that values honesty, quality, communication, and truly cares about its customers, I can't recommend ASAP Restoration and Construction enough. Thank you to Josh and the entire team for making a difficult situation so much easier!

My personal experience did not go as well. The condition my belongings were returned to me was disheartening and made the whole experience very stressful. There was much damage done to my property and some itemswent missing. The Resolution Fire and Flood's way of remedying the matter was to say to me "just name your price and I'll cut you a check".
