This is a perfect example of what a community shop should be. Linda, the owner, knows all her customers personally, and is a hub of information relating to local dog and cat based issues, such as if there's something in particular you should be watching out for.
She goes far beyond the call of duty, and when she didn't stock the dog calming straight jacket thing we wanted, she lent us her personal one.
There is a great range of products, and if she doesn't have something in stock, she will order it in specially for you.
She doesn't sell any animals, which is another plus side for me, because I don't think pets should be sold like products in that way, but only acquired from specialist breeders.
