I asked one associate and he pointed me to the display and walked back behind the counter. I don't know which battery I needed so I stood there and said I'm not sure what I'm looking for. Did the associate come back around to assist me? NO! My husband was looking for a certain kind of car wax. We stood in that section for several minutes searching while the THREE associates stood behind the counter complaining about the hours they were getting. None of them even acted like we were in the store, never mind offering to help us! We finally found the wax... but left anyway because we were not happy with the customer service. When we left, not one of the 3 associates acknowledged us or thanked us for coming in. Also, be aware... when you walk up to go in you are greeted by a big nasty ash tray right outside the front door! Way to go O'Reilly's! We will NOT be back! We went right across the street to AutoZone. The minute we walked in Joshua greeted us and made us feel welcome. He helped me figure out which remote battery I needed and helped my husband find the wax. We will be giving our business to AutoZone who made us feel like a valued customer!

I brought it to McLamb's and thanks to American ingenuity and perseverance, they were able to get it off and properly install a new filter. They are also the most honest mechanics I have ever met. Their business is showing its age, they've been there since 1948, but they do the best work at a fair price. I've referred many people to them and they all say the same thing.
