Nice place to stop in for a rest and a great glass of wine. The owner is happy to offer suggestions on your taste.

My husband, daughter and I were visiting from LA and were delighted to find this winery that allowed dogs! My husband and I both got flights. The fruity wines were sooo good and such unusual flavors! The raspberry pinot was our favorite but it was hard to choose, every one we said how delicious it was! We rarely buy bottles from wineries, we bought 6 and discussed ordering some more at the holiday times (they ship). The owner was very friendly!

Cute ambiance and good service! I did a taster but wasn't super impressed by the wines. Nice to try while in the area since it's a nice place to hang out but don't think the bottles are worth $20.

Great wine. I've been to quite a few wineries and some just flop. This one is great! A really great variety of wines and I didn't try one I didn't really enjoy! Honestly, I would have over to try them all!it was in the afternoon on a Tuesday so I was the only one there, so I got to chat with the owner quite a bit. What a nice guy! I'm super happy to support this small business! I tasted the Chardonnay, Pinot noir, Malbec (took this one home!) blueberry Pinot noir, Barbera & Tamprenello. All really good!

Hidden gem on the south end of Main Street Four Leaves Winery has an amazing selection and a wide variety of wines to choose from. They should be in all the local wine menus-support local! Dean, the shopkeeper is very nice, friendly and knowledgeable about his selections. The patrons are all very friendly and make you also feel welcome. Local or otherwise. I can't say enough about the Blackberry Merlot or the Raspberry Pino Noir. They definitely spoke to my Spirit Animal of Wine ! It was great being able to stop by here the past couple of days. Definitely booked marked as a recommendation and a follow up on our next trip to Durango!!

I am a California girl and basically a wine snob. Four Leaves Winery stands up. They use juice from California, but the wine is made in Durango. The dry Riesling is an absolute dazzler. Beautiful space with lovely staff. I highly recommend it!

We have been here several times now after moving to Durango 5 months ago. This is a great place to get locally made wine. I enjoy the reds. Plus they have plenty of fruit or sweet wines for my husband and my in-laws. The owners are fantastic and always taking care of everyone that walks in the door. If your visiting this is a great place to visit.

My beautiful woman with our flights of wines!

This was our first time visiting the store and I have to say it was a very cute store with an amazing wine selection! I'm not sure if the man that assisted us was the owner or an employee but he was extremely sweet to us. They were already closed but we still wanted to continue trying more wines and that gentleman was kind enough to let us stay and indulge a little on the fantastic selections! We ended up walking away with 2 bottles! Will definitely return, perhaps a more decent hour Overall thank you for the wonderful service, great wine, and beautiful energy that the winery gave off

Wandering around old town Durango, we discovered this little winery just across from the Train station. The service was great and we found them to be quite laid back and a lot of fun. Between the two of us, we tried seven different wines and liked two of them enough to buy a glass to sip and a couple bottles to take home. We loved the idea of being able to have our own "wines" bottled and getting our own labels applied....this would be a great gift idea for a special occasion. The pricing also seemed very reasonable. Whether trying something new, or just hanging out after the train ride, this little place is a good choice. If we lived in Durango, this would be a regular place for us to hang out!

It was so nice to find this little gem in Durango, especially when Durango is not known for their wine. It's nice and cozy and the owner is so nice! The tastings are not expensive and you get to try some really unique wine flavors. The other thing that I loved is that you can buy a bottle and for an extra $5, you can personalize the label! This makes for a great gift idea!

We found Yellow Car thanks to the Harvest Host a program, which businesses welcomes RVers to stay overnight and check out their businesse. It's a better alternative to the Walmart parking lot. Living close to Fredericksburg, TX, the second most visited wine region in the US, we know wine but this place is entirely different. Don't expect a dry wine here! Upon arrival, we were greeted with a tasty wine slushy. We then moved on to a tasting, each of us choosing five pours (a lot of wine!), and we were definitely feeling the effects! While these wines aren't my usual style, we did find a couple of standouts: the Blueberry Hill and the Red Velvet, both delicious enough to take home. The owner Jim and his business partner, Susan, were very accommodating, making us feel right at home. We loved relaxing on the comfy sofa with Cabby, the cat, while sipping on these unique and sweet wines. It's a cozy, divey spot that's a lot of fun. We did try the nachos and zucchini sticks, which were okay, but if you're hungry, I'd recommend holding out for Wild Edge Brewery Collective for your meal. It's worth noting that Yellow Car doesn't engage with social media or reviews, which is a bit of a shame because they don't "mess with that stuff". Pointing out how nice their reviews were. Great Harvest Host destination. There were three RV's that overnighted all together. Yellow Cab gets a total of five stars in part due to the great overnight spot.

We each did a flight of five from what was available. I had the "My Morning Coffee, a "semi-sweet" from the selections of meads. It really did not have any sweetness at all and was quite dry. I tried the Choke Cherry Wine, Feel Better Berry, Baco Noir and Cabernet. Choke Cherry was tart without sweet. Feel Better Berry was cloying. Baco Noir was dry as was the Cabernet, which had a slightly astringent undertone. The ambiance is much more casual than a typical winery tasting room. Flights are served in plastic cups written on in sharpie. We were regaled with stories of the tasting room cat bringing its various conquests back into the building for the owner to find. I don't believe I would return for the products.

We weren't quite sure what to expect when we walked in, especially with our three kids and parents. There was a formal party going on, and we initially wondered whether our larger group might feel out of place. Those concerns disappeared immediately. Emily was our server, and she, Alyson, and the entire staff made us feel genuinely welcome. The absolute highlight was the service. Emily did an outstanding job welcoming and taking care of our family. She was friendly, attentive, and accommodating, making us feel comfortable from the start. As the larger party left, the other servers joined in, checking on us and engaging with our family. A special shout-out to Alyson, who was exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make our experience even more enjoyable. Every member of the staff we encountered contributed to a visit we won't forget. We truly appreciated the kindness, warmth, and attentiveness of the entire team. The tasting room itself is warm, stylish, and inviting, with a lounge-like atmosphere, comfortable seating, a long bar, and plenty of natural light. They also offer a nice selection of wine-friendly food, from charcuterie and seasonal cheeses to bruschetta, hummus, fresh fruit, nuts, and other small bites, plenty of options to complement a tasting or glass of wine. They offer a good variety of wines and three tasting options to suit different preferences, with additional wines available outside the tasting selections. While not every wine was for us, we found several favorites and ended up purchasing a good number of bottles to take with us. Overall, I only wish we'd had more time to return. The wine was enjoyable, but the exceptional service and genuine hospitality are what made Baron's Creek stand out for us. I highly recommend stopping here while in downtown Durango, you'll find a great selection of wine, good food pairings, and, more importantly, a team that truly knows how to make guests feel welcome. Thank you, Baron's Creek!
