Nice place to stop in for a rest and a great glass of wine. The owner is happy to offer suggestions on your taste.

My husband, daughter and I were visiting from LA and were delighted to find this winery that allowed dogs! My husband and I both got flights. The fruity wines were sooo good and such unusual flavors! The raspberry pinot was our favorite but it was hard to choose, every one we said how delicious it was! We rarely buy bottles from wineries, we bought 6 and discussed ordering some more at the holiday times (they ship). The owner was very friendly!

The wine tasting is so affordable and they taste great!! I wasn't a fan of wine before but now I found a bottle I finally love!! Definitely recommend the raspberry dragonfruit wine!! Can't wait to come back and order more:)

Cute ambiance and good service! I did a taster but wasn't super impressed by the wines. Nice to try while in the area since it's a nice place to hang out but don't think the bottles are worth $20.

Great wine. I've been to quite a few wineries and some just flop. This one is great! A really great variety of wines and I didn't try one I didn't really enjoy! Honestly, I would have over to try them all!it was in the afternoon on a Tuesday so I was the only one there, so I got to chat with the owner quite a bit. What a nice guy! I'm super happy to support this small business! I tasted the Chardonnay, Pinot noir, Malbec (took this one home!) blueberry Pinot noir, Barbera & Tamprenello. All really good!

Hidden gem on the south end of Main Street Four Leaves Winery has an amazing selection and a wide variety of wines to choose from. They should be in all the local wine menus-support local! Dean, the shopkeeper is very nice, friendly and knowledgeable about his selections. The patrons are all very friendly and make you also feel welcome. Local or otherwise. I can't say enough about the Blackberry Merlot or the Raspberry Pino Noir. They definitely spoke to my Spirit Animal of Wine ! It was great being able to stop by here the past couple of days. Definitely booked marked as a recommendation and a follow up on our next trip to Durango!!

I am a California girl and basically a wine snob. Four Leaves Winery stands up. They use juice from California, but the wine is made in Durango. The dry Riesling is an absolute dazzler. Beautiful space with lovely staff. I highly recommend it!

We have been here several times now after moving to Durango 5 months ago. This is a great place to get locally made wine. I enjoy the reds. Plus they have plenty of fruit or sweet wines for my husband and my in-laws. The owners are fantastic and always taking care of everyone that walks in the door. If your visiting this is a great place to visit.

My beautiful woman with our flights of wines!

This was our first time visiting the store and I have to say it was a very cute store with an amazing wine selection! I'm not sure if the man that assisted us was the owner or an employee but he was extremely sweet to us. They were already closed but we still wanted to continue trying more wines and that gentleman was kind enough to let us stay and indulge a little on the fantastic selections! We ended up walking away with 2 bottles! Will definitely return, perhaps a more decent hour Overall thank you for the wonderful service, great wine, and beautiful energy that the winery gave off

Wandering around old town Durango, we discovered this little winery just across from the Train station. The service was great and we found them to be quite laid back and a lot of fun. Between the two of us, we tried seven different wines and liked two of them enough to buy a glass to sip and a couple bottles to take home. We loved the idea of being able to have our own "wines" bottled and getting our own labels applied....this would be a great gift idea for a special occasion. The pricing also seemed very reasonable. Whether trying something new, or just hanging out after the train ride, this little place is a good choice. If we lived in Durango, this would be a regular place for us to hang out!

It was so nice to find this little gem in Durango, especially when Durango is not known for their wine. It's nice and cozy and the owner is so nice! The tastings are not expensive and you get to try some really unique wine flavors. The other thing that I loved is that you can buy a bottle and for an extra $5, you can personalize the label! This makes for a great gift idea!

We each did a flight of five from what was available. I had the "My Morning Coffee, a "semi-sweet" from the selections of meads. It really did not have any sweetness at all and was quite dry. I tried the Choke Cherry Wine, Feel Better Berry, Baco Noir and Cabernet. Choke Cherry was tart without sweet. Feel Better Berry was cloying. Baco Noir was dry as was the Cabernet, which had a slightly astringent undertone. The ambiance is much more casual than a typical winery tasting room. Flights are served in plastic cups written on in sharpie. We were regaled with stories of the tasting room cat bringing its various conquests back into the building for the owner to find. I don't believe I would return for the products.

We each ordered a wine tasting, with five pours (1 oz each) from a wide selection of fruit wines and meads ($8 each), and then shared them in order to taste all ten! We enjoyed the wines, and especially the honey mead, and purchased an extra bottle (750 ml, $25) to take with us. Jim, the friendly proprietor, also gave us a taste of their wine slushees, and we ordered a plate of excellent, and fully loaded and reasonably priced, nachos. Yellow Car, and Cortez Colorado, is a convenient stop for tourists on route to Mesa Verde National Park, and even Arches which we had just visited. For any RVers out there, Yellow Car participates in the Harvest Hosts program, with reservation.

There are vines growing on a pergola, a wood fired oven out on the veranda area. We sat inside as the wind was quite strong that day. There were three in our party. Two of were looking to enjoy a tasting of red wines and one was interested in white wine. Brandon greeted us and spent some time getting to know our likes before we started trying wines. He also let us know about their pizzas, which sounded like it would be a good accompaniment to our activity. The specialty pizza for the day was marinara, cheese, pepperoni, salami and roasted green chile. We put in our order and continued our chat with Brandon. Between my husband and I, we tried their Malbec, Telluride Cab Sav, Merlot Signature, and the Dutton Family Reserve. My daughter, who prefers a white wine, tried their Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Chardonnay and Amber Wine. The pizza went well with everything. We ended up getting bottles of three of our favorites. This was a lovely experience. I would like to plan ahead more next time and arrange for a tour.
