We thought it'd be pre made or made with imitation crab, and maybe it is but it tastes so fresh and amazing. The hollandaise sauce is perfectly light and the eggs are poached just right. The home fries are soft but crispy at the same time, and the crab cake itself is so perfectly crispy but soft on the inside. The pancakes had a perfect crisp to them and they don't skimp on the chocolate chips or fruit! They're dog friendly, and have water bowls and fans ready for them.
