The sales briefing Alex gave us was professional, detailed and he answered all our questions. Communication with him throughout the process was excellent. Now we have expensive Leaf Filters! We made it known that if anything happened to them during installation...we wanted them to be immediately repaired. Alex, wrote that addendum right into the contract on the spot. Some of the other contractors stepped around the issue which was a major problem for us. Thankfully, the crew didn't damage the gutters (that my son and I could detect) and they appear to have made it through the process. The crew arrived early and did a fantastic job. They repaired decking sections that needed (they didn't overlook it and keep going), took care not to trample my wife's plants. It was very windy today but they policed up all the debris to the last nail. The job was precise and looked beautiful. The crew was also very professional and polite. It was a pleasure to have them here. It you need a new roof...hire this outfit! You won't be sorry.

The crew was professional and pleasant to work with. Very reasonably priced. Arrived when promised. They noticed that I had missed closing a window and were quick to tell me before washing that side of the house. They did a beautiful job. There was minimal trampling of my flower garden (It's a large garden with very dense growth and would be impossible not to stomp a few cone flowers.) My car was parked close to the house, so to get the wash solution off the car, they washed my car! They also gave my patio a quick hit to wash the solution off. Great job! Ensured all splattered solution was cleaned off the unintended surfaces. Took a lot of care. Will use them again!

The very next morning, as promised, a tech rang me first thing to let me know they were on the way. Aiden and his assistant not only did an excellent job cleaning my gutters, but took pictures and video of trouble spots and a soffit that had some damage. Aiden explained what was causing the problem and provided some potential solutions. They then did a fantastic job cleaning up and even cleared off my entire deck! It has been a long time, since I have experienced such professional and outstanding customer service!!! I would not hesitate to use this company again in the future (and plan to)!!! Their website claims that their mission is to "treat their customers and each other as family"... and based on what I have experienced thus far, they are living their mission!!! Ron Crumpton stopped his Affordable Gutters, Siding & Windows truck in front of my house today…read more(9/30/22). He got out of his truck to yell, "F'in baby killer! It's always been legal!" because he didn't like a yard sign we have that says "Keep Abortion Safe & Legal". He proceeded to get back in his truck, stop in front of our mailbox and yell profanities at me again. Here's the thing: I'm fine with the f-word. I'm fine with your antichoice opinion. I'm not fine with your aggression, nor will I be fine if you trespass on our property or threaten our family again. It's certainly your choice to yell at me and be upset about my beliefs; I don't want the government or any religion controlling people's bodies, and my family agrees, so we have a yard sign reflecting those beliefs. It's my choice to express that opinion even if it makes you mad. It's also my choice to not support your business. It's my choice to let others know how you behave. I hope those who agree with me will also avoid this company. Rating: Zero stars, obviously, but Yelp doesn't have that option.
