Old Tom's Pub is the only restaurant open Monday-Friday at the Inn so we had lunch and dinner here. For lunch there were three of us and we tried the sampler, wedge salad, Caesar salad, and wrap. The sampler was good and salads delicious! The wrap left more to be desired with it's one slice of deli meat. Overall it was okay! For dinner we had a larger party of 12! Our server was phenomenal and that stood out to me most. She was quick, attentive, and accurate! We had steak, short ribs, salmon, the burger, veggie bowl, a ton of appetizers, and dessert. The steak stood out to the table the most as delicious! The salmon was cooked to perfection, and the short ribs were delicious but cold. We enjoyed every single appetizer and the dessert was to die for! (Cookie brownie in a skillet with ice cream)!!! Overall the place isn't "amazing" but it's pretty tasty and hits the spot! Excited to try the pizza tomorrow.

Drinks were fabulous (try the Peach Mule) and we crushed the bacon flight (fought over who could get the last maple bite). Then we had shrimp and grits, bison burger and a Caesar. Our server was training tonight but his apprentice was just as knowledgeable and attentive - in fact he helped us with drink selection and ensured we had bottles of water flowing since we were so dehydrated from the day. The wings were wayyy too big and felt undercooked, and the bacon flight was unremarkable. The entrees were also okay. The best was the shrimp and grits which I would return on this dish only. Evrything was just too too salty. My palate was ruined after a while. The rest were just okay, but I did like the greens. Standout was that bread pudding.
