I went to this shop to get two tattoos--one on my chest and one on my ankle. I believe the artist…read morewho did them was Harley. When I first sat down, she was still getting everything prepared. After she started tattooing, a few minutes in she mentioned that her needle had been "acting up all day" (or words to that effect). I initially didn't think much of it because I trusted that she knew what she was doing. However, she changed the needle and then used the same needle for both of my tattoos. Unfortunately, I have now been dealing with an infection in my tattoo since March. I have gone back to the shop multiple times trying to figure out what could be done, but I did not feel that the situation was handled appropriately. I was told that the artist could touch up the tattoos, but I do not feel comfortable having an artist work on an area that is already infected, as that could potentially make the situation worse. The experience itself was also disappointing. I felt like there was very little discussion about the style or what I wanted before she started. It also seemed like she was more focused on leaving because she was having issues with her partner and wanted to go home. I spoke with Dan by phone on Tuesday, August 25th, and was ultimately given only half of what I originally paid for the two tattoos. I am still unsure whether anything was actually done regarding my concerns about the artist or the situation. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Because of the infection, the lack of communication, and how the situation was handled afterward, I will not be returning to this artist or, most likely, this shop. I would strongly encourage anyone considering getting a tattoo here to do their research and make sure they are comfortable with the artist's hygiene practices and level of professionalism before proceeding.

Jeff has an incredible ability to take the image I've imagined and bring it to life with remarkable precision. The studio is exceptionally clean, everyone is welcoming and friendly, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality of work. Don't know about the quality of the tattoos but if your looking for a reliable place to get one I can tell you this is not it. They missed out on over $2000 worth of tattoos. Don't trust they're hours. I guarantee it's some loser that's on hours who doesn't get someone walking in for 1 hour and decides to close it down and misses such an opportunity as this. You would think they'd have a mindset for this but if the place says it's open don't go, it's probably not open

After trying to figure out the correct location, I found another address associated with the business, but there was no evidence of a tattoo studio there either. I immediately communicated that I may be running a little late due to being sent to the wrong location and trying to find the correct address. I attempted to contact the artist multiple times by text message, through the booking website, and by phone call. None of my messages or calls were answered for about two hours. When I finally received a response, I was told that my deposit would not be refunded, but I could supposedly reschedule. However, when I asked about rescheduling and politely requested my deposit back given the circumstances, I was completely ignored again. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this tattoo shop. Poor communication, inaccurate location information, and taking a customer's deposit under these circumstances felt extremely dishonest. Please proceed with caution.
