IMPORTANT PSA!!!! Please do not buy their "piercing…read moreaftercare." I stupidly bought this because I was tired and I didn't really register that this was essentially homemade. The ingredients say "Distilled water and pink himalayan mountain salt." THIS IS NOT STERILE. There were visible pieces of dust/hair/other debris upon further inspection. I recommend NeilMed Piercing Aftercare Wound Wash "Fine Mist." Because it is a sterile, isotonic (similar to human pH) solution. Which is kept in a sealed, aerosol container. NOT a plastic spray bottle that forms bacteria. One of my piercings got super irritated after use and is now possibly infected, not completely sure though.

I called Ocean Mystique and the lady was very nice, gave me the price of the tattoo, which was $35 for basic jewelry, but at the time I called, the piercer wasn't there. She did mention that he should be in some time in the early evening so I was a little disappointed but once I did call back around 5-6pm, he had made it to the shop. As soon as we walked in, they were was a rope at the front door not allowing us to continue in the shop until we had our temperature checked and sanitized our hands. I appreciated the extra level of care to ensure we weren't feverish or experiencing any virus symptoms. I really liked how clean the tattoo shop was, I was very impressed. The piercer went over the piercing guidelines and after care and was all set up for me in the matter of minutes. Once I was in the room, I did ask him if he minded me taking pictures or recording and he did so I respected that and did not record or take any pics of me getting pierced. The naval piercing was over in less than 2 mins. He made it quick, easy and fairly painless. I chose this place because they provided the cheapest naval piercings in the area and I'm glad I did. *Just FYI, if you "Check In" to this place on Yelp, a $10 off coupon might pop up but they set up that coupon a while ago and it's not valid anymore. I actually checked in on Yelp after I paid, alerted them of the coupon and they mentioned they were going to remove it.

He did an incredible job! It was even better than the reference picture and the shading on it blew me away! The vibes here were great as well. Very large facility and I was welcomed as I stepped my foot in the door by the owner Cali. Even while tattooing he listened to what I wanted to get done and asked me to send him some ideas and scheduled pretty immediately. The quality of work in his portfolio I was agreeable with. We bounced back ideas and I'm loving the finished product! Cali is a great artist and has passion for his work. Please be patient when texting with him as he is very busy.
