I was worried I wouldn't be able to get them printed in time, but Anthony came through and got them done for me! Really appreciate his help and responsiveness. Definitely will be coming back here for any future printing needs!

100% Recommend…read more Communication was great, all of my emails were answered in a timely fashion. Pricing was straight forward and reasonable, and the job I hired the team to do was received exactly as promised. Despite their giant portfolio of large companies, I felt my tiny fraction of their business was still important to them. This was my first project with DiJiFi, a small test run digitizing (20) 1950's black and white photos and (4) negatives, to see the quality in person that I've only read about until now. With over 100 years of family photos and negatives to digitize, I am thrilled to now have a trusted partner in this daunting task. Thank you DiJiFi Team.

That was back in May and they claimed they'd fix things and make it right but every time I have followed up for the last five months they've said they're too busy to do anything and they'll get to it eventually.... which obviously they won't. We were dissatisfied with how an image of us with delicate colors of a beautiful Caribbean day…read moreprinted out with FedEx, etc. Colors were dull. Given the uniformly perfect scores and highly favorable reviews Loupe Digital received, we decided to try them. The photo is a panoramic one. We explained we wanted only that shape in true colors. James listened carefully and understood exactly our concerns about the panoramic shape and true color quality of the turquoise shades of sea, the sky and the sand. We chose the exact size for the true color prints from image sizes he displayed on his computer. We selected one that was just right. In consultation with James and Michael, we then chose the frameless acrylic frame in which the print would be sealed. We got the framed print back today. What we got far exceeded that: it looks and feels like we are back there. It's a fantastic panoramic true color print in a sealed floating frame. We expected very good. They are highly skilled professional who really care about their craft, and get everything right first time. It was a calm, friendly experience throughout. Whenever we have photos to print, we will absolutely go back to James and Michael at Loupe Digital. .

Instead he ignored my request; a renewed request for a response led to him sending me a very rude lecturing e-mail with a strange claim to have spoken with me on the phone. I had never spoken to him on the phone. After I posted a negative review, Mr. Wintermute sent me a personal e-mail message and wrote a response here on Yelp equating me with others who gave him bad reviews and implying as well that my review is fake! I asked for none of this. The man has no sense of decency. A real professional would have kindly informed me of any errors I made about the type of photo I was seeking help with, advised about how to proceed and perhaps recommended another service. I'd advise anyone who doesn't know where to start, NOT to start with Sebastian Wintermute.

Sebastian explained clearly how the restoration process works and what the final results will be, and how much it will cost. He even recommended that I contact two other places to compare prices and services. Needles to say I was sold. It took some time for Sebastian to scan and retouch over three hundred photos, many of which I assumed to be beyond any hope, but he did an amazing job and most of the photos came out as good as they were before our family albums including my parents beautiful wedding album were ruined when out basement got flooded after the storm. My parents and everyone else were overjoyed when after the Thanksgiving dinner we were able to view the photograph on the large screen TV. All of us are grateful to Sebastian for saving the precious pieces of our family history and making them available for many more years.
