However, it did take a few follow-ups--about three times--before I was able to get the specific details I was asking for. In terms of pricing, their quote was comparable to other companies in the area. That said, I ultimately chose to go with a different provider who was slightly more expensive but stood out in terms of responsiveness and overall value. They answered questions promptly on Yelp and made it easy to schedule an inspection, which made a big difference in my decision. Since I did not move forward with this company for the actual service, I can't speak to the quality of their work. However, based on my experience, communication could be improved, even though their pricing is competitive.

Disappointing after 10+ years as a customer…read more After more than 10 years of using Frazier Pest Control for both my home and business, I'm extremely disappointed with how my account was handled. The card on file for my business stopped processing, which I was completely unaware of. I continued paying for my home service and would have immediately updated the card and paid the balance had I known. Instead, three $55 services accumulated and my account was sent to collections. What is especially frustrating is that my voicemail greeting provides my email address. One simple email could have resolved the entire situation. Management has since acknowledged that their communication efforts could have been stronger. I will gladly pay what I owe--this was never about avoiding a bill. As a local business owner myself, I simply would not handle a loyal customer this way. Unfortunately, after 10+ years, I've canceled my services and will take my business elsewhere. My reply to below response : Thank you for responding, but I do want to clarify a few things. My business relocated next door over a year ago and the address remained exactly the same, so the relocation has nothing to do with this issue. We are talking about only three months of missed payments. You state that multiple voicemails were left, yet my voicemail clearly says I respond by text or email and provides my email address. If repeated attempts were made to contact me, I don't understand how that information was missed. After more than 10 years as a loyal customer, sending a $185 balance to collections was extremely disappointing. I will gladly pay what I owe. This was never about the $185--it's about how this was handled. I stand by my review.

They provided no additional advice or expertise on certain pets. We moved on through 3 more pest control companies to finally find a good one.

The landlord didn't like that he confirmed an infestation and suggested complete treatment, so he called Palm Springs Pest Control to try and get a cheaper quote for less work. I guess he got it. Palm Springs Pest sent out a young guy named Christian, who did a cursory look and put down some poison traps, one in the house and a couple outside. He used a shop vac in the contaminated area and then sprayed something that smelled like Lysol and wadded up a "have a nice day!" plastic shopping bag and put it in the area of the entry hole the rats were using and called it "sealed and sanitized." The traps contained two poisons that are illegal in California as they are dangerous to humans and pests. I said this to Christian and he contended that it was okay, even though the trap was clearly marked with the poison name and the Palm Springs Pest Control Logo. We had Truly Nolan come out a couple of days later and they expressed surprise that not only were there new droppings but the bag showed evidence that the rats had been chewing on it. ln the two months we tried to get the problem solved, it never was. Palm Springs Pest Control removed their traps after two weeks and the pest activity has continued. Today we were in court with the landlord and he brought copies of texts with Christian where Christian was insulting us, saying the house was "dirty" (moving boxes), saying that when I asked about sanitation he said, "We aren't housekeepers" (it's not a housekeeper's job to sanitize hazmat). Worse, he was colluding with the landlord, taking instructions on what to include in the report and what not to. If you want an inept punk to come out to your house, put poison down to endanger you and your pets, and then shit talk you and gossip about your private residence with someone else, Palm Springs Pest Control is the way to go. If you want competence try Truly Nolan or Richard at PureCor.

We paid them immediately via the link they provided. We then for TWO months after keep receiving harassing calls and emails threatening to report us to collections for non payment. I then had to call our credit card to dispute the claim to get our money back to finally wake up this company that they were paid!!! We told them immediately when the first reached out that the invoice link they provided now showed $0 due, the credit card statement, reference and ID #s directly from the credit card customer service and that was not enough.
