Another Great Vest From Victory Leathers!…read more I joined American Veterans Motorcycle Riders Association and needed to get a new vest. My first vest I bought from here was a great deal so, my new vest had to come from Victory Leathers. I had picked it out online. Called Eddie to make sure they had one. I drive over 70 miles one way is the reason for calling. The first one I wanted was a bit tight. No problem, Eddie had a size bigger. I bought the, "Leather Vest with Buffalo Nickle Snaps", and love it. Eddie sewed on 13 patches of various sizes. It was around 11:45 when I got there and finished the complete sale and headed home around 12:25. Thank you again for doing another great job for me.

This was about the 10th store I came to looking for a basic men's dress belt and found that they have the best selection at the best prices. Worst store in the mall - Poor quality, terrible customer service. Stay away!…read more First time I went there three years ago, I discovered it was really cheap and they sell a lot of items and brands that are not Wilson's leather and not leather at all. My wife and I each bought a coat which we thought were good deals - both Guess brand I believe. My coat had a little bit of faux down stuffing, and after a few months the inside started bleeding so much that it was destroying my other clothes so I stopped wearing it. Then, my wife's coat started falling apart from the outside - literally balls of faux wool were falling off. Off that went. We assumed that these were both knock-offs - Guess is not amazing but usually not that terrible! Fast forward three years, and I needed a new pair of leather gloves. Against my better judgement, I decided to go there again - thinking that maybe the leather products with their own brand are good. Bought a pair for $30 - good deal. Day 1 of wearing them, a seam came loose on the inside such that left glove became 2 sizes larger than right glove. Two weeks later I find my way back to the Aurora outlet, aiming to get my money back. They did not allow it. What kind of place, in America year 2018, won't allow you to return what was clearly a defective product that fell apart upon first use, less than 2 weeks after wearing them. Their response: "We can't refund these defective gloves since you wore them and now we can't resell them!" Think about that: if I had returned a defective but unworn product, they would just put it back on the shelf and try to sell it to some other poor sap. They offered to give me a new pair of gloves or store credit, but I was done with this place. I got my money back from my credit card, and am staying away. You should too.

Great local shop for anyone who actually takes care of their shoes…read more They have very good prices on shoe-care products, and the selection is much better than what you usually find at a department store or general retailer. If you polish and maintain leather dress shoes, sneakers, or boots, they carry quality products from well-known shoe-care brands rather than just the basic stuff. The salesperson was helpful, knowledgeable, and able to explain the different brushes, pastes, waxes, and polishes without trying to oversell anything. I ended up picking up a handful of products for several pairs of shoes as a little project to keep some of my more expensive footwear in good shape and looking as close to new as possible. They also offer shoe repair and other services if you need more than just supplies, which makes this a great one-stop local shop for footwear maintenance.
