I have to say I was not disappointed. Dr. Hampstra is not only extremely knowledgeable, but he is also extremely accessible. After the surgery when I was have some pain issues, he gave me his personal cell phone to contact him if I needed more medications. He also followed up with me on a early Saturday morning to check on my status. When I answered the phone, he said, "Hi Mike. This is Bill." About the only thing he did not do was a house call, but I would not have been surprised if he had shown up at my door. This man is one of the most personable men in the medical profession, and although I hope to never have to utilize his service again as a surgeon, I could not recommend anyone more highly.

Dr. Beckley evaluated my asymptomatic tooth and xray, and suggested the "wait and see" approach as he prefers to "treat patients not X-rays" and recommended I wait this current crown out as long as possible before jumping to an implant, as an implant may not outlive me. I am so grateful I was able to get an honest opinion and a doctor who is not ripping me off, but putting the big picture in place! So for now I will put off this front tooth extraction and implant, which will be quite an ordeal one day, but will be back in his wonderfully professional and friendly office when I eventually need it!

I was pretty nervous. The staff is so kind and professional and the minute I walked in I felt myself relax. They went to great lengths to make sure I was comfortable and at ease. ( complete with a comfy blanket!). Dr Beckley has amazing bedside manner and kept me calm and comfortable. The procedure itself was a BREEZE, and I am in very minimal pain after. But where they stand out is that they are compassionate, knowledgeable and really jump right into addressing your concerns. When I wrecked my back, for God knows what reason other than being old and stuff happens now, I had no clue what to do. My dr prescribed the typical pain relaxers and physical therapy which didn't work. I really didn't know what to do next. So I did the normal thing try everything else out to see if works. Luckily, I started first with Accupuncture and scheduled an appointment with Rebecca. She figured out what was going on and could relate to what I was going through. At this point I just wanted to be able to sleep and maybe walk again. The first session went quickly and on my drive home was thinking that's not bad and wow I can kind of walk a bit normal again. Got home, got some good sleep and next day felt great. I am now back for more appointments finding this to be way more effective than phys therapy and prescription drugs. Every appointment with her has been such a wonderful experience. She is patient and understanding, makes you feel safe and seen, and is just a wonderful human. She checks in after every step of the process to ensure your comfort. Asks questions and explains the process. She is wise and informative. We have utilized acupuncture, cupping and ear seeds. She has wonderful suggestions when I ask about different health concerns and I leave every appointment feeling so seen and cared for. After 1 visit it was easy to sign up for many more.
