On a typical day I order a generals chicken combo platter, a garlic shrimp with broccoli combo platter and I'm also a huge fan of the Szechuan beef. The flavors are all rich in each and every one of these dishes and the food is never too salty. Being a huge connoisseur of Chinese food, I know authentic Chinese cuisine when I see it. The lo mein was very good, fresh shrimp done perfectly. The fried rice was really good, not the standard we expected, this contained vegetables in it, usually most Chinese fried rice is just rice fried up on soy sauce and a little bit of garlic. This has peas, carrots and onions. Not quite as good as my Filipino wife makes, but way above par. Can't wait to try other items on the list, I hope they can do extra spicy as I like the heat.
