They took my name and number and i was told they "would look into it and get back to me". NO ONE GOT BACK TO ME. I called the store after the new year (1/9/2026)and again they took my name and number and "they will look into my order and call me back". Here we are Jan 20th and now i cannot get through on their phone lines. All i get is voicemail. I've tried multiple times. This is not a business that is true to their word and that is unprofessional.
