Rainbow restoration has been a nightmare, as if the sewage back up wasn't enough! We are now two…read moremonths out from when our insurance company had Rainbow come to survey the damage and we are supposedly ( if they show up) going to be finished with the company today. It has been total lack of communication and then blaming me for not knowing what is happening when they have not even tried to communicate. They ripped out a nicely tiled shower I had asked them to not destroy so now that will have to be replaced. Again, they said they didn't know. We still have a disposed of vanity sitting in the garage so my car can't get in at night, and now they say it will be the problem of the construction company if and when the restoration can ever start. When they did bring the rug the day after the vacation ended (clearly was done before), they didn't lay it out square so we had to move all the furniture and do it again anyway. And whatever they used as a cleaning solution has a fragrance that is still offgassing a week later. One of the delivery people was a woman and I give them a star for that.
