Issues: VERY IRRESPONSIBLE..... NOT showing up for meeting…read moreappointments. REFUSING to give cost and no contract. Just kept saying "it was going to be a lot!!!".... NOT protecting heirloom antique furniture, etc, and then stored on wet deck with a sheet of plastic that kept blowing off causing water damage to stereo, printer, air purifier and, of course, several antique pieces. I had to call him two different days PLEADING to PLEASE come and secure the plastic down. On the third time, he told me "DO IT YOURSELF!" I would have if I wasn't 72 yrs old and disabled! I had to hire someone to wipe off as much water as he could. He also put the plastic down, completely covering and securing plastic which never came off even during rain storm.... Charlie dumped several soaked runners and rug piled on top of each other into the tub ripping off most of the shower curtains. They were never dried off, became moldy and and full of mildew. If they hadn't been covered, my caregiver could have taken them to cleaners. Now they had to be replaced! ...He kept hounding me every time he came if I was going to give him a 5 star rating! ...Also, I agree with previous //// rating ... Furniture was scratched, edges chipped off, oak and mahogany heirlooms and antiques stained!!.... Lastly, when all furniture was cleared out to deck and storage room, Charlie left me to sit in a hard dining room chair and nothing else for THREE DAYS!! I was in tears. I told him my recliner is used 24 hrs a day and to please put it back. He said he wasn't moving it again. Later, his assistant came back to put recliner back. Charlie was not happy about that.... I asked him to put all things he put on rainy deck into the empty room next door with other furniture to stay dry. Again, he said he wasn't going to move it again. .....He should have just put it there in the first place!! ..... And for the fun part, two of the dining room chairs have disappeared!!!! Property manager checked the room and we discovered some items left in there but no dining chairs!!! How does that happen?? ....FINALLY, on the last day (which stretched out from original one week to three weeks!!) he was there, I got a bill for $4995.00!!! I asked several times for itemized charges. He will still not send me an itemized accounting.... Ps. Before Charlie left, he asked if I was going to give him a 5 star rating. Said he really needed it. I wouldn't have given one star if I had the choice... BEWARE ABOUT THIS AND OTHER RATINGS BEFORE YOU EVEN CALL HIM. ALSO CHECK OTHER RATING SERVICES.

In the process of selling our home, the inspector had noted "possible bio-organic growth" in attic…read more I knew there was no way this was possible, as I am up in the attic very regularly, and it is in very good shape up there (the roof is also newer as well). To satisfy the buyer however, I had an inspection done by ServPro so that they could write something up for me to give the buyer saying that it had been addressed and that there was no mold. The technician who came out was a very friendly, nice guy. He explained to me that what he saw in the attic was nothing more than discoloration of the wood, and there was definitely no mold. He told me they see this all the time in Oregon, and it's not a very big deal, but inspectors have to list it as "possible growth" just to cover themselves from potential lawsuits. He told me they would treat it with something (though he didn't mention what), take photos of it, and write-up a report to give to the buyers. He was out here for probably 30-45 minutes, including the time it took him to do his thing in the attic. The cost for all this? $500. Truth be told, I'd be leaving 5-stars if it wasn't for the cost. I personally would have expected something like this to cost around $300. I figure his time is probably worth $100-$150 an hour (including driving to my house), plus spraying the product, and writing up the report. So I do feel the price was greatly inflated as they know that in my position as the seller, I really have no other choice but to satisfy the buyer. That being said, if it wasn't for the outrageous price for 30-45 minutes of his time, I would be leaving 5-stars. However, I'm going to leave 3-stars because of this. I have no issues with this company as they were all very friendly, responsive, and polite. I just think that $500 is a bit of "price gouging" for something so simple. I would have had no problem doing this myself, I'm just not an official company, so I couldn't give my buyer a nice letterhead saying there was no mold. In summary: Fantastic company, friendly and punctual employees, but drastically inflated prices.

Jackie's Natural Cleaning is fantastic! Our house hadn't been deep cleaned in decades, and we are…read morestunned by how spotless all the spaces are! Multiple workers worked very hard and were polite and friendly. Jackie came over for a consultation, and she was also very lovely, very nonjudgmental, which is always a plus (lol). She was willing to work with our wonky situation, as we already have a family friend who cleans our floors regularly and we did not need that part of the package. We are setting up a regular cleaning service, now that we can see how nice our house looks once they spruce it up!

Jackies started cleaning my home before Christmas. They have been in my house, approximately 3-4…read moretimes now, with the first initial clean being the "big" deep clean. At first you really have NO idea how much is needed with a deep clean. But if you think about it, would you EVER want to start cleaning your home half way then try and remember what you did versus what you did not do? Right, we don't work like that [no woman ever does when it comes to cleaning our own homes]. So Jackie came to the house to assess the first initial deep clean, discuss my needs, my concerns, answer my questions. And I had to get a feel for what she was, how she was, who she was, and what kind of deal was taking place. I'm a weirdo, I fully admit this. I don't like strangers in my home, I don't like socializing in public. THIS IS MY SANCTUARY. And truth be told I'm a stage 5 klinger. Once you have me as a client I may or may not be quite something to deal with. I know high maintenance when I see it [and I'm it..no shame in my game]. When I found this service on Yelp, they were one of two narrowed down, and quite frankly I just liked what they had to say, so they got the bid, pure and simple. AND when I asked her about her staff [because I was worried about turnover in todays economy and the service industry] she was a little taken aback. BUT she defended her staff and TRULY likes her staff, and her retention rate was great, she mentioned. Okay, I will take her on her word. In comes the first deep clean..here we go. She warned me it was a FULL day.. and it was. When I tell you there were no less than 10 people in this house top and bottom floors, I'm not joking. I watched them like bees in a hive. I've owned rental properties throughout the Midwest, I've retained MANY move in, move out and continual cleaning services. But I have never seen what they did. None of them spoke a word. Yet in tandem, did things I never even thought to do. There was no weird odor, no smell, no chit chat, no laughing no talking no nonsense. This group was HERE TO DO A JOB. I sat here, in my chair, in AWE and watched as [what I call kids..all in their 20's and 30's] worked like a successful unit. Here is the truth-I was exhausted. It almost brought tears to my eyes. Watching my home being transformed into something immaculate, my sanctuary becoming spotless. One by one cleaning and picking up as they went, by the end of an 8 hour day they were gone and I had not recognized my home by clock out time. What they did, SHE SAID THEY WOULD DO. No sitting on their phones, no loud music, no TEXTING, NO TALKING TO ONE ANOTHER WASTING TIME.. I was so appreciative you have no idea. I watched them ALL like hawks, but there was ZERO to watch for. It has been months now, and today was my cleaning day. You will not know they are there. You will not know they are gone. I am still in awe, I am STILL as grateful as ever and they will have a lifelong client as long as they are in business. This is a 100% factual based review. I have no skin in this game, I do not know them, but I will tell you this. THEY ARE A PHENOMENAL BUSINESS MODEL. And you would be foolish not to try to secure their services.
