Ana and team #3 consistently do an excellent job at cleaning our home every two weeks! They are always courteous and friendly with my family being home and our two barking dogs (they get excited when people come over)! My husband and I were especially impressed with how the team's supervisor even came to help out their staff so that they could be done in a timely manner for one of the staff members to head out of town. I had a team of 4 and they were absolutely wonderful. We have 2200 sq ft and they were in and out in under 2 hours. Everything was spotless. Their communication and customer service is excellent. The team that was supposed to arrive had 3 of their members out sick, but they arranged to have another team come out the same day. They even took out the garbage - I didn't expect that. I will continue to have these ladies clean my home. Extremely thorough. I recommend them very highly. They may not be the cheapest service, but their thoroughness is certainly worth every penny. read more

The Maids of Salem came to my rescue when we needed to have our house deep cleaned for an immediate Celebration of Life event planned at our home. They were here on time and immediately started cleaning our home, including washing wooden blinds throughout the home and cleaning and polishing our kitchen cupboards, in addition to the regular stuff, floors, ceiling fans, bathrooms. Team #3- Ana, Susana, Sandra, and Mary cleaned my house today. They are quick and efficient and punctual. My house always looks great when they are done, and they manage to work around my large friendly dog when she is home. They do a better job cleaning in 30 minutes than I could do if I cleaned all day, so having them come in means I have more free time and a much cleaner house. read more
