They provide service to most areas of Northwest Arkansas and offer a low cost or free way to get around town. They work with you if you have a disability and many times you can pick you up from wherever you are! The lady that helps with ADA riders is especially compassionate and helpful. Support ORT and ask your local politicians to allocate more funds so we can build out an even stronger transit system in NWA!

I think judging everyone and making it a inconvenience for your customers that have never gave any trouble and use the service as much as most of us regulars do is just wrong to inconvenience us because of someone else's actions like I'm the criminal or pos that does things like run off on a cab..
