EXCELLENT! Friendly staff at reservation line, answered late on a Friday night. Driver Vini was skilled, professional, punctual, courteous, attentive, and funny. Highly recommended transportation provider in the Bentonville / Fayetteville / Rodgers area of Arkansas. They always man their sales booth at the Fayetteville airport and all of their towncar drivers that I have met so far are very friendly and know their way around the local cities and towns. Highly recommended. Just be sure to call them before they close at 8pm, if you want an early morning ride somewhere the next day. read more

Jim's has a counter in the airport, located right next to the baggage carousel. You can pay right there with your credit card as well and they'll call a driver over the radio. Depending on the weather, it's either immediate service or a bit of a wait. It's just random based on where the drivers are when the planes come in. My driver this time was very friendly and he certainly knew the area, keeping up a continuous stream of conversation as we drove from the airport to where I needed to be. His driving was safe and within the speed limits. read more

I'm torn as to what to write for Jim's service. On the one hand, I experienced pretty good service, on the other, my husband experienced below par. My best friend was getting married in Eureka Springs. I needed to come in a few days early to assist her, while my husband would arrive the day of the wedding. Because of our different schedules and my need to be "on call" for my friend, we went with a car service instead of renting a car. I experienced a nice ride on my way to Eureka Springs and have no complaints. It was nice and easy. My husband experienced something quite different. When he arrived and went to Jim's counter near baggage claim to check in he was told they needed to drop "Jim" off on their way to Eureka Springs. When they got to the car the driver told my husband to sit up front in the passenger seat because Jim would be sitting in the back. Um, excuse me? I did not paid $107 for you to cram my husband in the front seat while Jim, the owner mind you, sits in comfort int the back. Not only was Jim enjoying a cushy and roomy backseat, there was another guy who joined them as well. Mind you, not once did anyone from the service ask my husband if it was okay if they dropped some strangers off first. Not once did they let him know what was going on/where they were going. While they drove around, the guy in the back was on his mobile phone the entire time working out the details of a sofa delivery. Yup. Sofa delivery. Now, when i wrote Pam, who mans the emails, about what was going on, i was told some story about an "emergency" where they needed to drop two pilots off at some other airport, even though they just left the main airport (NW Regional). If it truly was an emergency, couldn't Jim have driven the pilots in another car? That way the driver who was supposed to be driving my husband to Eureka Springs, could have done so, with my husband sitting in the backseat, in comfort, like I paid for. I honestly think the emergency was getting that guy home in time to meet the sofa delivery people because that's all my husband got to listen to for the duration of his ride. After they dropped off the chatty sofa guy, the driver then asked my husband where he was going! Excuse me, i made these reservations months in advance, paid in full when I arrived earlier that week and gave them the address of the hotel and the driver still needed to ask where the hell he was going? Ask your boss who was sitting comfortably in the backseat. He dropped me off there earlier in the week. After all this mess, I tried for a week to work over email with them in regards to getting some sort of discount applied, considering I paid for my husband to be driven ALONE to Eureka Springs. They said they wouldn't do it over email because it wasn't professional. Oh, so now you want to be professional. I ended up getting $25 back. That's less than 1/4 of the total price - 50% would have been professional, considering my husband had his rights provoked when they made him sit hostage up front, while the other men sat comfortably in the backseat. Hope everyone enjoyed riding on my $107 dime. It's too bad they were so awful to my husband and wouldn't work out a fair refund because my ride was actually pleasant - something my husband didn't get to experience. Makes sense why they make you paid ahead of time. It gives them the flexibility to do what they want - no matter the cost to you (time, emotional drama, etc). read more

Excellent can't say enough good about this company. I had returned my rent car and was to meet my friend at 5PM when her flight got in. Due to cancelled flights my friend did not arrive till 10pm. I was in a panic how we would get to our hotel, as I had surgery scheduled in the AM, and needed to get to the room. Pam the lady I booked our ride with was wonderful, she listened to me, unlike the first taxi service I called, No problem with the 10 pm pickup no extra charge for the late hour. She sent me our drivers cell #. He was waiting for us at the requested time. He was very pleasant, professional and a very safe driver. This is the only car service I want to use when in the Fayetteville area. read more

That is, everyone who comes here to schmooze with Walmart higher ups. Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen frequent this shuttle. So does Amos Lee and Jessica Simpson. The autographs up on the wall prove it. This is Wallmart capital of the world and everyone and everything revolves around it. This shuttle service did the job and then some. Have used this service several times for rides to and from the Northwest Regional Arkansas airport, both in the very early mornings and very late at night. Zero stars... Warning: if you are female you will be charged three times more to use this service than male travelers. In addition, you will be placed in the 'back seat' (literally) and made to wait until the needs of all male passengers have been met. The driver was friendly enough outside the airport when we asked about a ride back to the Walmart home office. We were quoted a price but after a few miles down the road the driver then stated that the price he quoted us was per person, not the actual rate. With the weather being 27 degrees outside and our alternative was to be "dropped off where are" we chose to remain in the car. I would advise others to call a taxi ahead of time or use someone else. read more

Found Jim's Express at a counter near baggage claim. I paid at the counter after telling them my destination and the driver immediately took my bag and showed me to his vehicle. It was not a "cab" it was a small SUV very clean and smoke free inside. He made nice conversation the whole way to my hotel, which earned him a nice tip. I highly recommend this service! This shuttle service was great! They have a convenient kiosk located inside of the airport so you do not have to go out and wait in a taxi line, and the desk staff is so friendly and they will take your cc or cash right there in person.They operate as a shuttle with multiple people & stops, or as a private taxi ride. It is a flat fee, which to some may be expensive, but is actually the cheapest at XNA. Every driver I have encountered has been friendly, and knows exactly where they are going. Jim's also picks up outside of the airport and will take you anywhere with door to door service. Overall my experience was great and I would highly recommend them! read more

scheduled a car to take me to the airport. When I called to schedule - the lady that took my call was very short and hurried to get off the phone. She didn't repeat back anything, give me a confirmation or ask about payment. The car was scheduled to pick me up at 5:00pm. At 5:02 I got a call from the driver saying he was downstairs waiting for me......I live in a house??? He was at Candlewood Suites, I live on Candlewood Pl. Randall the driver was very polite and hustled to get to my house by 5:16. He was given poor information, not his fault. So when pulling up to the airport he tells me I have to pay inside - taking longer still because she didn't collect payment on phone. He called her before we arrived to see if he should really charge me given their screw up but she said YES - I was to be charged. Then when I got to the counter neither of the rude women aknowledged or offered any sort of apology for their complete screw up. This place has pathetic customer service (with the exception of Randall who was great) and is not reliable. There are others in town that are reliable and friendly. read more

This is the second time my family and I have used Jim's to drive from Fayetteville to XNA airport. Each time, I arranged it using my iPad. Pam quickly dealt with my reservations, asked a couple of questions, sent confirming e-mails, etc. It was a pleasure getting quick responses that were not just generated by a computer.
