The service is impeccable. They treated me like someone important. It felt really nice. The plane got us home in half the time a commercial flight normally takes. Truly amazed. I loved the experience and hope that I get the chance to fly like this again. Thanks Pinnacle!

The hotel sits in very accessible area; in a 1 mile radius of food, entertainment and shopping. This is one of better courtyard Marriotts in the country, I would highly recommend staying here.

April 2026 My 2…read morenight stay was questionable this year. I had issues with both the manual key cards but also the mobile. Staff was apologetic and super friendly and came up to help "reset" the base allowing both cards and mobile keys to work again. My questionable part is I saw fruit flies or tiny ticks or something in the room I was in (429). I thought it was one the first night which I squished ever so nicely and didn't see anymore but I was dead tired coming back late from a long meeting day However my second night, after another late meeting day, I saw another that I again was so kind in crushing. Made me think if I'd ever come back to stay if given the option. Stars given are really for the staff!

I'm a huge fan of rest centers that do that! The welcome center has restrooms, shaded parking, picnic tables and grills. Inside during business hours, there is an attendant handing out free coffee and information on Northwest Arkansas accommodations. Well worth a stop if you're passing through and not sure what you should see in the area. Located along US-71 south of the Arkansas/Missouri border, this used to be the only way of traveling north between Northwest Arkansas and the Joplin area. Since they built I-49, this doesn't get nearly as much traffic. [Review 2314 of 2024 - 377 in Arkansas - 23329 overall]

The ac unit wasn't working correctly so we had them come look. The unit would kick on for 5 minutes then kick off never getting room to a comfortable temperature. This was late July so ac is very important. We expected them to put us in another room but they told us they were out and nothing they could do. So we tried our best to deal and make the best out of it. We took our kids to the pool which was crazy high on chlorine and just nasty. Picture included. Then the staff decided to come out to pool area and SMOKE A CIGARETTE. All I can say is we won't be back and would recommend a different place for people traveling. All that stuff in the picture is dead algae and leaves that should be vacuumed up. I own a pool and that gunk around the edges is from being shocked and never vacuumed to waste. That crap has been there awhile. Pool people reading this review I'm guessing the chlorine level was at least 10-15ppm

Inn at the Mill - Ascend Hotel (Springdale)…read more This felt more like a retreat than a hotel! Centrally located to everything, yet feels like you're in your own wilderness paradise. LOBBY: If you enjoy history, step into a unique historical lobby that was once a Mill Plant. You will find so many original historical artifacts. Original thick wooden beams, an old white door next to the fireplace and above it, you will find some of the original carvings of some numbers when workers needed to write something down. By the breakfast area, you will see a big green Mill. When you check-in, they have a big jar, offering complimentary giant cookies; chocolate chip, macadamia nuts and Raisins. WI-FI: Wi-Fi doesn't work well on the first floor. My first night I could not get the Wi-Fi to work. When I went to the front desk to ask if they were having issues with their Wi-Fi, the friendly lady said, "First floor usually has issues connecting. But, I'd be happy to move you to the second floor, where our main router is located." I was surprised how kind she was and offered to move me. I took her up on the offer and the service was much better on the second floor. ROOM(S): As you walk to your room(s), do keep in mind the hallways on the first floor has great A/C, while the second floor doesn't. The rooms A/C do work great. My first room was 115. The rooms was nice, clean and spacious. I had a king bed that was really comfortable with a desk, chair and a brown shelve with small TV inside. It doesn't have a microwave. It does have a small fridge. My second room was 214. When I walked in to this room, she did a complimentary upgrade to a King Suite. If you are looking to stay here, you won't go wrong booking the King Suite. My room was really spacious. The king bed was very clean and comfortable. It had a comfortable couch, a coffee table in front of it and a working desk with a chair. The TV was bigger in this room and modern, vs. room 115. BATHROOM(S): Both rooms had good bathrooms. I would say the sink countertops were small with limited space. Shower space was a bit small. The towels were ok, but I would recommend to elevate them to a premium material. Toilet paper was premium quality. STAFF: They were absolutely exceptional. They love every guest that comes through their doors. You can tell they genuinely take pride in this Boutique Hotel. They are more than happy to share with you some of the history about it. That really stood out to me. The staff here are not your typical hotel staff. They're just good different. You need to experience their genuine hospitality. BREAKFAST: Since this hotel is part of Choice Hotels, I expected mediocre breakfast, after previously staying at some of Choice Hotels. Not here. You get real plates and utensils, not plastic ware. They really do put out a good spread for their guests. They have cheese and meats plates, croissants and muffins. Bagels, toasts, four different cereals, yogurt and variety of drinks. They offer a smaller fridge with complimentary beverages throughout your entire stay. They do brew fresh coffee throughout the day that you can come down to the breakfast area and grab any time you wish. Another thing that stood out to me about their breakfast service is how attentive and non-judgmental they are if you come to get breakfast right at 9AM. That's usually when breakfast stops being served. About fifteen minutes before, they will come out from the kitchen area and remind you, "Breakfast will stop being served by 9AM, and I will start putting stuff away. Feel free to grab anything and everything you want before I put it all away." There were few guests that came in at 9:15AM and the staff didn't refuse. Instead, offered the same thing to grab anything they would like. OVERALL: I would highly recommend this Boutique Hotel. To elevate their hotel, add microwaves in their rooms. It's a unique hotel. The staff do their absolute best to accommodate every guest. Do go and explore the outdoors of this hotel. They offer seating areas and lounging spots to unwind.

I came into town to see a comedy show at the nearby casino and just wanted a cheap place to spend the night. After booking a king room weeks in advance, we were told they didn't have any king rooms available and were given a queen instead. Not a huge issue, and the price here is already so low but if it hadn't been bargain basement priced already I would have expected a few dollars off, at least. The room was quiet and comfortable enough but pretty rough around the edges, many small holes in the walls and a ratty, stained chair that should have been in a dumpster. Fortunately the bed was extremely comfortable, there were clean linens, and the heat worked well for our winter visit. The room had a working mini fridge and microwave. In all honesty, I would not have stayed here as a woman alone due to the exterior entrances and rather creepy vibe, but with my husband I felt okay with it. Not totally unhappy, but I would choose a different motel next time...three stars feels a bit generous.
