You'll be on United Express though. Small airport small plane. Gotta fly with someone. Depending on where you go you don't always have a ton of options. Least internationally but United isn't the worst option. Economy plus is a huge increase over economy. Least state of mind wise. Economy is the plus on other airlines from my experience. Business and first get into the same category as everyone else. This new Polaris is still too new for me to make a call on. But one downside is food. Planes are restocked immediately after landing. Sometimes that means food could be sitting for 2-6 hours before heading out again. Not the freshest. Rather fly United out of Denver than Chicago O'hare or Newark. One terminal over multiple. But you really can't review the airline off of the airports they are in. Nothing they control necessarily.

He greeted each passenger as we exited the plane and wished us a great evening. Some might say that's not that big of a deal. My perspective is at 11:45 PM at night. That's a really big deal. He had a great attitude. He was thoughtful and he was doing his best to put customers first and greet people to welcome them to their destination and wish them a great evening and weekend. The counter staff I've interacted with have been pleasant, the gate agents were nice and the bags come out fast. And they manage to get the yellow-tags (i.e., elite customers) on to the belt first. She was professional, gave me some history of Bentonville and arranged for my pick-up. Impressive! And Affordable!!! The servive called to explain / ask if they could be late picking me up, why yes! And thanks for calling. Driver actually came inside to collect me. More professionalism! Turns out they carry most of the airline crew to and from the hotels. My go to transport for Bentonville!

Booking the flight was super easy, there are lots of options but the best part is that the options make flying accessible for the majority of American's! Please keep the cost low for us blue collar folk, it is much appreciated! 2. The plane from XNA to TPA must be newer sing Breeze started flying out of XNA not too long ago. Everything was clean and as comfortable as can be for a plane. 3. The staff ALLLLLLL had smiles in their faces. Even when people asked to change seats multiple times, others needed help stowing their carry ons.... Etc.... This was an encouragement. 4. Remember you can bring your own snacks and get a drink in the airport before boarding. This keeps you from purchasing the snacks while in flight. $4 for a Coke is a lot so save yourself a few bucks and just get the larger 20oz coke in the airport. If you're a hot tea drinker bring your own tea bag and ask for a cup of hot water..... no cost to you and a nice peppermint tea for the flight ;-). 5. And one last, last thing..... Onyx is a local coffee roaster in NWA and they just piloted a bionic coffee stand...... YES!!! Grab your favorite coffee before your flight or even after.... You will thank me later ;-). I was able to reach their answering service at the airport which re-directed me to an 801 number which is also listed on this Yelp listing. When I called them I was met with another answering service.. This is what a fellow yelper wrote: I would not recommend them I had booked a flight and day before and the next day I cancel they did not want to return any of their money had to deal with my bank in order to receive my transaction to have it canceled... so unless you are down on your luck looking to get cheated bad and seats too close give you a crap when the trip is over. Now, you're hard pressed to find a flight that doesn't have an overnight connection or 20 hour travel time or more. We fell for the oldest trick in the book. Bait and switch. I figured he parked there briefly to let his customer out, but he actually parked there and stayed for about 10 minutes.
