He had a great attitude. He was thoughtful and he was doing his best to put customers first and greet people to welcome them to their destination and wish them a great evening and weekend. At least from Atlanta, Delta flies bigger aircraft. It's sure nice to not have to fold up and fit into one of those regional jets. The counter staff I've interacted with have been pleasant, the gate agents were nice and the bags come out fast. And they manage to get the yellow-tags (i.e., elite customers) on to the belt first. I'd only ask that they had the mid-body planes to Minneapolis. Oh, well.
