I had an awful experience with Dynasty and was met with appalling customer service on my birthday. When I made these reservation I was led to believe that my accommodations would be met. I reserved a party bus for my birthday weeks in advance and was not informed until almost an hour into my reservation that the bus was not coming to pick my party up. I am writing this more than one week after my reservation after requesting a call from Brice he has not attempted to reach out regarding my concerns. I would not recommend their services unless you have a strong plan B in the works because I was disappointed in their customer service. Upon the contact I had from the company when they canceled my party bus they informed me that they had absolutely no other vehicles or drivers that could take care of us and make right with my reservation. 10/10 would not recommend!!! Unbelievably bad customer service. We had a party bus reserved and only found out 30 min AFTER our driver was late, that the driver would not be showing up. In what world, does this ever fly???? Never heard from anyone for apologies, condolences, etc. Honestly shocked I got my money back. Thankfully, the driver was kind enough to tell me how great the party bus would be (karaoke, pole, etc,) as he was telling me he would not be making the scheduled time/date.
