Had my husband not banged on the bus yelling, he would have run us both down with his back wheel. The police were called and nothing was achieved due to us not being in a vehicle when this occurred. If he had grazed a vehicle, a ticket would have been issued but since we were not in a vehicle, no citation was given. A car has more rights than our four-year old little girl. The trauma this has caused for our family is inexcusable and the driver made no attempt at redemption but only provided excuses. Do not use this service if you value the safety of your family.

That is not what the email they sent me said just 5 minutes before. If what they would have sent me just earlier would have said that I might have kept it scheduled and let our kids go. Our coach, Sam, was super awesome. She met us at our campsite and took us through about 90 minutes of basics and 90 minutes on trail applying the skills. The drills were great and helped us feel a lot more confident on our bikes by fixing a lot of bad habits we've picked up over the years. Once we got on trail, Sam would model skills for us and record us in action so we could review footage and see areas for improvement. The whole time, Sam had super positive energy and helped us maintain the stoke despite climbing a lot more than we do back home. I cannot recommend these lessons enough!
