Look it up! yesterday, we got a fare of $40.00, from another transportation company in the area, and that included a $10.00 charge because they had to come from Bentonville, so the fare really would have been $30.00! When I asked the owner, very politely, to rethink the OUTRAGEOUS price, he told me he told the driver he shouldn't have used the meter and that he wouldn't alter the charge, "I was welcome to come along and ride with him from Gravette to SpringDale to see how much the fare should have been." He knew I was from out of town, and took advantage of us! Please help me send the message that this kind of behavior won't be tolerated and don't use this company!

The night before, I did provide the pick up address to the driver (Microtel Wyndham Bentonville), but the driver didn't provide a fare estimate as requested. The final fare was given only after having arrived at the airport. Too bad that they have to resort to these kind of practices. Additionally, the taxi van was an older vehicle. I will avoid them in the future.

I scheduled a ride five days in advance. The evening before my ride Uber placed the ride charge…read moreagainst my credit card. My ride pickup was scheduled for 9:10 AM. At exactly 9:10 AM Uber notified me "sorry but your ride has been cancelled"! Uber offered a reschedule for about 20 minutes later so I booked it. They immediately charged my credit card. Then they cancelled that ride also leaving me stranded. I contacted Uber support for ride credits or some sort of compensation. They refused. They had actually charged my credit card four times! Twice for each ride that they cancelled. My money was refunded in a few days but they refused to compensate me for what they did. Obviously Uber cannot be trusted in my area of Arkansas for a ride.
