And if they don't do that, maybe get maintenance or someone to make sure the faucets, soap and towel dispensers are full and working. A really nice WC, full of lots of local stuff (most made in China). We were going to shop and buy but the Unwelcome Center left us cold. Such a waste to pay 4 people at a welcome center to NOT welcome people. Bathrooms were clean and well designed as was the exterior.

Very nice facility and it was kept up and clean. Sadly, they had closed by the time I had stopped but I did get to peek in the windows of the information center! Bathrooms were of course accessible and open. Plenty of RV and BIG RIG parking. There is a dump station (which I did use) with non-potable water. You MUST go into the RV parking area to access the dump station. If you decide to park in the BIG RIG parking area, you will not be able to access the dump station as you exit. I discovered this after I had parked. Being creative, I parked in the first BIG RIG spot and the following morning, I just backed out until I could access the RV and vehicle lane and then made my way to the dump station. Trash cans were emptied and the parking lot is well lit (although one set of lights as you drove in was not operational) but there was still plenty of light for safety. I tow a 40' rig and had no problem getting in or out of the dump station area. Also, this rest stop is easy on and off of the interstate. One of the nicer rest stops I've overnighted at.

I highly recommend Universal Travel! We worked with Haleigh and she is absolutely priceless…read more Haleigh designed a trip to Norway and Iceland for us based on our budget, timeframe and things we wanted to see and do while in Norway and Iceland. Haleigh sent us several options then tailored our trip to things we chose. She handled everything from flights, hotels, private transportation, tours, to food. Haleigh sent us invaluable information to prepare us for our trip and was in constant contact. When our flights were cancelled at the airport leaving us stranded with no way to make connecting flights to Norway, she put us at ease with her sweet and thoughtful attitude. Haleigh helped to rearrange our previous plans to fit a new plan, found us new flights and we were able to enjoy the Iceland part of our trip. Haleigh checked on us during the trip to ensure everything was going smoothly since it started off crazy with the airlines. Haleigh is a Rock Star!
