I work remote IT security and own a motorhome, and volunteered to bring her down while I worked. Thankfully I can work from anywhere. T-mobile signal is great from this location (I have T-mobile internet in my motorhome, Starlink when I need to break it out, but I didn't have to in this case). The stay was $40 a night. Met the owner, he was nice, the process was simple, the location was beautiful, had all the electrical, water, sewage, everything was great. It was the closest location to the convention center we found. We were initially going to stay at the state park, which is apparently only $25 a night, but frankly it was 13 miles away and the check in process is confusing on the state park site, so we just stayed at Over The Hill. I recommend it!

The next room had a musty smell but I figured we could tough it out for one night. Room seemed moderately clean. But then I realized it wasn't... the bathroom mirror was splattered. The AC system is insanely loud and old. It's walking distance to some restaurants and other things to do. Unfortunately we are in town for the eclipse and don't have a ton of other options due to things being fully booked and very pricey.
